Informations pratiques
La connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans tout le bien. Une taxe de séjour est facturée séparément et réglée sur place directement auprès du propriétaire : les hôtes âgés de 16 ans et plus sont soumis à un tarif de CHF 4,50 par nuit, tandis que les hôtes de moins de 16 ans en sont exonérés. Les frais de linge de lit incluent les serviettes et le linge de cuisine. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles sur demande auprès du bureau contre dépôt. Les annulations effectuées jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée sont gratuites, bien qu'une commission de CHF 100,00 soit retenue dans tous les cas d'annulation. En cas d'annulation moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue, l'hôte conserve le droit de proposer un locataire de remplacement, à condition que ce dernier soit jugé acceptable et solvable par le propriétaire. Le locataire de remplacement conclut le contrat aux conditions existantes, et l'hôte original et le locataire de remplacement sont solidairement responsables du loyer. La date de réception de la notification d'annulation par le propriétaire ou le bureau de réservation est déterminante pour l'ouverture du droit à la commission d'annulation, les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés étant reportés au jour ouvrable suivant. En cas de résiliation anticipée de la période de location, la totalité du loyer reste due.
