Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.

Le solde est dû 65 jours avant l'arrivée.
Pour les réservations de dernière minute (dans les 65 jours qui précèdent l'arrivée), le montant total de la location doit être payé au moment de la réservation.
En cas d'annulation de la réservation, même si elle est remplacée par une autre, les pénalités suivantes s'appliquent:
- l'acompte initial (25% du loyer total) si l'annulation est effectuée entre la réservation jusqu'à 66 jours avant la date d'arrivée;
- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation est faite de 65 jours à la date d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
En réservant cette propriété, le locataire recevra également, incluse dans le prix, une assurance annulation fournie par ERV. Elle couvre entre autres événements, l'annulation en cas de positivité au Covid-19.
