Our experience was bad, the hotel has a great location but some of the things that they advertise are not true, to start there was no TV in our room and the room was suppose to be non smokers only but the room stinked pretty bad. The pillows are so cheap that you almost need to put two togueter and the matresses are also cheap and unconfortable. The hair drier was fixed with duct tape and the shower was clogged.

We loved the villa and the small town it is located within. Irene was very helpful with recommendations and was always available by phone. Easy day trips were possible to many locations in Tuscany. The villa itself is spacious and beautiful. We definitely plan to return. We stayed a week in the villa and it was the best part of our two week vacation to Italy.

Second time for our family: 19 persons.
Abolutely no complaint. Everything, including the wonderful pool and the luxury of the house is perfect.
We lived there in total liberty with a spectaular view over the Arno valley.

Una casa fantastica!!!! Appena si arriva ci si scorda della vita frenetica, si è immersi nel verde!!!! Il giardino, la piscina e soprattutto la vasca idromassaggio sono il top!!!! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto ospitali, complimenti.

Ausstattung ist super! Wasch-/Spülmaschine, Klima, Whirlpool, bequeme Matratzen und Deckbetten. Ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sowie Hand-/Geschirrtücher.
Sehr nette Vermieter.
Nutzung von Grillplatz möglich. Garten sichtbar (Nutzung nicht geklärt, da unser Hund eh nicht dabei war).
Haus liegt hoch oben auf dem Hang, Anfahrt ist sehr steil und bei Gegenverkehr sehr eng.
Fährt zum kostenfreien Strand (bei Bushaltestelle) nach Lovran ca 5km.
Es war herrlich - gerne wieder!!!

Very nice landlord.
Use of barbecue area possible. Garden visible (use not clarified, since our dog was not there anyway).
House is located high on the hillside, approach is very steep and in oncoming traffic very narrow.
Drive to the free beach (at the bus stop) to Lovran about 5km.

We had a few issues with the wifi. Very important for me and my wife, for work related business. Debora took care of those aspects and the four last days the wifi was repaired. A very nice owner who brought us fres vegetables and fruit!

It is a very beautiful castle with lovely scenic views. We were there in June. The rooms were very spacious and nice. It is very accessible to other towns in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The only problem we had was the mosquitoes. We had our windows shut throughout the nights although a few managed to come through..otherwise everything else was great!
