Très beau et prestigieux appartement situé dans l’aile sud du château.
310 m2
Rez-de-chaussée: spacieuse pièce d’entrée jadis utilisée comme salle d’armes, très grand et clair salon avec plafonds décorés de fresques, cheminée (qui ne peut pas être utilisée) décorée avec de fresques par Pucci au 18ème siècle et accès au jardin à l’italienne par 6 grandes portes-fenêtres, salle de bains avec douche.
Rez-de-chaussée surélevé: chambre double avec salle de bains avec douche.
Quelques marches plus haut: salle à manger avec accès à la cuisine et à une jolie terrasse équipée avec tables et bancs, qui donne sur une des cours du château.
1er étage: 3 chambres doubles, chambre de passage avec canapé-lit à une place, grande salle de bains avec baignoire et cheminée (qui ne peut pas être utilisée), WC.
Toutes les chambres offrent une belle vue sur la campagne environnante.

- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation est faite de 60 jours à la date d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.

A beautiful and historic Castello with great staff and a lovely good, and well-priced restaurant. The village nearby was pretty dead (holiday season) with very little open, so you had to travel 5km away to Montespertoli which did have a few cafes/restaurants and a decent Coop to get groceries etc. The situation was great for travelling around to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca etc. We had a wine tasting at Corbucci winery which was great fun (about 20 minutes away), and we visited the Rinuccio restaurant, part of the Marchese Antinori wine estate which was an architectural wonder!

Wonderful castle with great grounds, restaurant, pool and personnel. We had an exceptional stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As we slept on the third floor, we had to use fans to combat the June heat but the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend the facility.

We were a group of 7 for a family vacation. The castle was beautiful. Staff available for any help, though we had complete privacy during our stay. Amazing views, beautiful decor and even a delicious onsite restaurant.

Our Tuscany vacation was made so much more enjoyable by our stay in the Galleria. Everyone was very helpful and even went out of their way to help with anything that came up. The grounds were beautiful. We did not have problems with wifi in the Galleria and all 8 of us had a wonderful time. It is a castle. The first night was cold but after the heat was on for a full day it heated up well. The main restaurant was closed as this was the last week of March but the other restaurant was open. The food was excellent. If you want the experience of a lifetime and don't need to be pampered Montegufoni is for you. We loved it and would recommend it to young and the young at heart.

We had the best time staying at Castello di Montegufoni. The Galleria apartment was exactly what we were looking for when we were planning our group stay in an Italian castle. Stores and other restaurants were really close, so that was super helpful so we could stock our apartment with food and supplies. Highly recommended - we hope to come back someday!

We were self catering. Eventhough the Kitchen facilities were adequate, I felt that the cooking apparatus could have been a better quality.

Мы второй раз на 2 месяца выбрали своим летним местом отдыха Монтегуфони.
Наши апартаменты Галерея действительно сказочное место ,куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Наша семья провела незабываемые 3 недели в замке Монтегуфони(Галерея).Галерея это огромные апартаменты с восхитительными видами на холмы Тосканы. Безупречная чистота и обслуживание.Близость ко всем достопримечательностям Тосканы,делают замок необыкновенно привлекательным.Удивительный комфорт и уют в спальнях на верхних этажах и бесподобная галерея с потрясающими фресками на первом.Теплый чистый бассейн ,окруженный живой изгородью,круглосуточный wi-fi на рецепшен,хороший ресторан,близость автобусной остановки(50 метров от замка)все это создает ощущение комфортного прибывания. Монтегуфони это настоящая итальянская сказка.

The Galleria appartment is huge, there is really no way to prepare yourself for the size of the living room/ball room. It occupies an entire wing of the castle. The team on site were very nice and accommodating. The castle is old and needs some more TLC . You can really tell the building is very very old. However the facilities are nice. Getting in there the only thing missing was the butler.... With an apartment this big you need one. The living room is 24 meters from one end to the other. Add 10-11m more before you hit the front door. No AC - but fans do the trick to keep you cool at night.
