We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Heerlijk bij het zwembad gezeten als ook lekker dagjes weg geweest. Er waren wat kleine problemen, die zijn keurig en direct opgelost.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a great holiday in this rental. Lovely sitting by the pool as well as nice days on excursion. There were some minor problems, which were neatly and immediately solved.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de la villa de la Garde.
Ce lieu est magique et chargé d'histoire.
L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien pour vacances solo ou en couple.
La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle et la situation est idéale (proche centre ville et cale bateau navette pour Saint Malo).

This place is magical and full of history.
The apartment is functional, very good for solo holidays or couples.
The view is just exceptional and the location is ideal (near downtown and boat shuttle to Saint Malo).

Absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the house was home from home - simple and comfortable. Fabio (owner) was so very kind and totally respectful of our privacy. Could not have been happier with our Tuscan escape.

Très déçue par la propreté et l'hygiène de l'appartement. Moisissures dans la cabine de douche, Toiles d'araignée dans les coins et sous les matelas, forte odeur de renfermé! La literie sale (matelas, coussins, ... ) sans compter l'ancienneté et l'accumulation des poussières et acariens!!!!!

What a fantastic place. Very clean rooms and wonderful hosts that are on hand if needed but leave you to feel the house and grounds are yours. The pool is a great size and there is plenty of seats and shade as well as an outside eating area and BBQ. It is very rural so would probably need a car (where there is safe own entrance gated parking). We went with 2 kids (16 and 9) and they loved the place which was peaceful and beautiful. The sunsets over the fields are amazing as well. Only negative was the hard beds but this didn't spoil the holiday at all

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this place. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord and his family, although we got to the house later than expected. The landlord is incredibly friendly and speaks English quite well. He was always available via phone to answer our questions and he even recommended a few excursion destinations near the house. The house itself is located in a very quiet area, whereby the next supermarket is only a few minutes away. It was not only clean, but also spacious and cozy. It is also equipped with a beautiful terrace and multiple seating and lounging facilities. The surrounding garden is also very spacious and well-kept and includes a pool with a counter-current system, a barbecue, a playground, a giant trampoline and two bicycles that you can use. Furthermore, inside the house there is a small whirlpool, a massage shower, a sauna, a washing machine, TVs and a dishwasher - all fully functional. Things like toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, a hair dryer, etc. were all already present. Also, the WIFI connection was great. To sum up, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this house to everybody.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à Pieve Di Sant Ippolito. La maison, le confort, les équipements et l'environnement sont fidèles aux photos. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des moments agréables et relaxants.
