Excellent, well-located, spacious, comfortable, well cared for, and spotless villa. Total privacy. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and dining area. Traditional farmhouse renovated to a very high standard. Beautifully kept garden and plants, lots of surrounding green and shade. Gorgeous swimming pool immersed in olive groves. Walking distance from Palaia, a very pleasant small ridge-top village, with bar, gelateria and several good ristorante. Housekeeper Monia, was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Owner very responsive to our requests. Gardner a real local character who takes great pride in his work. Photos and info on the web-site are accurate. Highly recommended for a family stay.
Appartement trés agréable et lumineux. De plus,il est trés bien situé et , chose appreciable : le parking privé . Petit bémol : le lit clic clac qui laisse vraiment à désirer . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
Wonderful apartments in a wonderful location in southern Tuscany 20-30 minutes away from my favorite Etruscan hilltop towns in the heart of wine country. It was a very clean place with great apartments with kind gracious hosts and an awesome pool my children loved! Small kitchens as shown in pictures but we managed and only had trouble when we needed a spatula for cooking only to find none. Still this was the favorite place my family stayed at on our 24-day European holiday!
Het huis is ruimschoots voorzien van bestek, glas, servies en dergelijke, er is zelfs een mixer met staafmixer aanwezig.
Maar er zijn maar 2 gemakkelijke tuinstoelen aanwezig. Dat is wel erg weinig voor een huis voor 8 personen.
Telefoonnummer op voucher van sleutelbeheerder is van echtgenoot van de sleutelbeheerder en niet bereikbaar. Heeft ons veel stress opgeleverd op vrijdag en zaterdag en na contact met easy reserve nam mevrouw zelf contact met ons op. Waarna ze na een opmerking van ons laconiek reageerde oh ja datis het numer van mijn man maar die reageert niet.
