[Counter comment by Easy Reserve] We are truly sorry that your vacation rental did not live up to your expectations. This is the first time that we have heard about an issue with this property and we take it very seriously.
As stated in our terms and conditions, we always recommend getting in touch with us as well as the owner or keyholder when an issue arises so that we can do our best to find a solution as we always want to satisfy our customers. If we don’t hear about it until after check out, however, we cannot do anything to make your vacation better.
Unfortunately in some areas of Italy, the output of houses is generally only 3kW so if multiple appliances are used simultaneously then the electricity can trip. We regret the inconvenience caused but this is outside our control.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Customer satisfaction is always our goal and we will thoroughly investigate the issue and discuss it with the property owner to ensure this does not happen again.
