The place is really pretty. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere but very relaxing. The Host is super freindly and very helpful. The Apartment itself is small but the Pool is very beautiful. Everything is clean. If you want to cook you should think about bringing some Basics Like Mixer etc because the kitchen is very small.

Lovely property and really helpful team. We had a great time here. The pizza oven and outside space make it such a great space for a large group. The views here and in surrounding towns are breathtaking. I would strongly recommend visiting La Fenice.

Nice spacious villa in an ideal location. No need to get in the car if you don’t want to as the main square with several restaurants is only a 50 metre walk away and a minimarket only 50 metres in the other direction, as is another restaurant. The village itself is very attractive and on most days we walked around it enjoying the fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside from various viewing points.

Posto splendido immerso nella natura, struttura molto curata in perfetto stile toscano. Luca, il padrone di casa, è una persona gentilissima, attenta e molto disponibile. Ottimi anche i prodotti dell’azienda agricola (olio e pasta con grano senatore cappelli). Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno in pieno relax

Abbiamo soggiornato al Podere San Bono dal 15 al 22 agosto 2026, in due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini di 9-8-8-4).
La casa è composta da due appartamenti che ci siamo divisi. Al piano di sotto ci sono un'ampia cucina con salotto, un bagno, una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli. Al piano di sopra invece una cucina un po' più piccola, un bagno e due camere matrimoniali (una con un piccolo bagno) più una singola. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolti i proprietari Franco e Silvana, due signori molto simpatici e disponibili, che ci hanno illustrato tutti i servizi disponibili, dato consigli sui dintorni e venduto il vino da loro prodotto, direttamente dalla vigna (consigliatissimo!). La casa ha qualche dettaglio che andrebbe un pochino rivisto, in particolare sui bagni del piano superiore, i materassi un po' datati e le foto di famiglia presenti un po' ovunque, ma nulla di drammatico. C'è tutto quello che serve, posate ed accessori sufficienti per 8 persone, accessori per ben due barbecue (anche qui, la griglia un po' "vissuta", bidoni per la raccolta differenziata, rubinetto con acqua direttamente dalla fonte, racchette per ping pong e badminton, tubi e palle per la piscina. La piscina è senza dubbio il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà: enorme, senza cloro (acqua leggermente salata), tenuta perfettamente e ben illuminata. Fa indubbiamente la differenza! Il tutto in totale privacy, circondati da panorami mozzafiato e con solo i suoni della natura a farvi compagnia. Ci torneremo sicuramente perché abbiamo passato una settimana da favola.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Lage gut und Aussicht sehr gut, jedoch Einrichtung stark veraltet.
Und:
- die hingelegte Bettwäsche darf man selbst beziehen, zum Ausgleich waren Blutflecken drauf, auch bei der 2. Lieferung
- WLAN und TV haben nicht funktioniert.
Selbst nach der ganzen Woche Aufenthalt war es nicht repariert!!
Es macht gar keinen Spaß im Urlaub und ständig mit der Betreuenden Organisation im Kontakt zu sein um solche Einschränkungen nachzuweisen, um Änderung zu bitten etc.
