La maison Casino Di Lecceto est spacieuse, très bien située dans un endroit particulièrement calme et proche de la ville de Sienne. L'équipement à disposition est tout à fait satisfaisant.
Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir lorsqu'il fait chaud.
Toutefois deux limites sont à déplorer : d'une part, le chemin pour accéder à la maison mériterait de bénéficier d'un terrassement pour faciliter l'accès. Si l'on ne dispose pas d'un véhicule 4 x 4 il est peu praticable. D'autant plus que des averses parfois fortes contribuent à le raviner.
D'autre part, ce serait un plus de pouvoir disposer de l'eau potable.

Wir wussten das es ein altes Haus ist und es entspricht der Beschreibung. Ein paar Dinge kann man bestimmt verbessern, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier könnten ein paar Sachen ergänzt und ersetzt werden.

Casa Milena ist super, sehr sauberes Haus, gibt's alles was man braucht, eingezäunte Garten, ruhe, und viel Platz. Man kann viele Orte besuchen wie: Lucca, Viareggio, Pisa. Paolo ist sehr gute Gastgeber, Danke :)

We had three wonderful weeks in september in this cosy and perfect house. All one need you will find. Gisele gave us a friendly and helpfull wellcome. The house at the end of an impasse in a quiet domaine with an enclosed garden is ideal for a restful time. You reach waterside, supermarket and the golf with magnificent possibilities to taste seafood and ouisters in less than 15 minutes. We enjoyed all this and

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Ferienwohnung, mit sehr viel Küchenausstattung und tollem Pool, der vom Vermieter sehr gepflegt wird. Grosser, wunderbar angelegter Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Tischtennisplatte, Hängematte. Die Lage ist sehr schön mitten in Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf die Landschaft. Wir haben auch Ausflüge in die südliche Toskana unternommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Spacious holiday apartment, with lots of kitchen equipment and a great pool, which is very well looked after by the landlord. Large, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of seating, table tennis table, hammock. The location is very beautiful in the middle of olive trees with a view of the landscape. Nous avions vu que le gite avait une vue sur mer , ce qui n'a pas été le cas .
La decoration mural est inexistante et les ustensiles de cuisine sont pauvres . Pour le nettoyage final , aucun produit a disposition.
Je savais qu'il fallait payé pour internet mais c'est la premiere fois qu'on me fait payé pour la television , qui apparemment n'est pas dans le prix , 65€ pour 2 semaines , je trouve cela un peu chère .

Tolles Objekt mit sehr schönem Garten dabei. Sehr ruhige Lage ideal. 50m zum Meer, 100m zum Strand. Ausstattung perfekt.

Beau et bon logement, propre,plage de sable à pieds , piscine, mini golf, barbecue à disposition...plus la gentillesse et la disponibilité des gérants, que demander de plus ? Un peu juste en lumière dans la cuisine..., commerces à 10 minutes en voiture, très bon séjour (semaines).
