Six of us stayed in this wonderful Villa in the Heart of Forte Dei Marmi. The value was great!
Elizabeth who took care of us was attentive to all. Parking is right on the property which is an extra perk for this property. We all highly recommend you stay at this villa.
If they had an oven it would of made the experience better. They do have a microwave and stove .
The House gives a authentic feel for the region, it's quiet and you can see over the valley. It's the perfect getaway from all the hustle and bussle.
The pool is fabulous, good size and refreshing.
The owners made us feel at home and are just lovely.
It was the second time we stayed there and I hope we will come back soon .

Eine Unterkunft inmitten eines tollen Gartens, mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung selbst ist authentisch pragmatisch, aber völlig ausreichend wenn man plant, seine Zeit Draußen zu verbringen. Der Garten ist top gepflegt mit Pool, Hängematten, Boulebahn und Tischtennisplatte.

The flat itself is authentically pragmatic, but perfectly adequate if you plan to spend your time outside. The garden is well maintained with a pool, hammocks, boules court and table tennis table.
Nie wieder, Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe, Herd und Micro waren voller Fett gewesen, Haare im Bett und der Dusche von den Vorgänger, Leisten und Boden wurden noch nie gesäubert, Spinnen und Ungeziefer im Haus, modriger Geruch 1.Nacht im Auto versucht zu schlafen ,an der Rezeption konnte man oder wollte man uns auch nicht weiterhelfen, daraufhin haben wir ausgecheckt und uns ein Hotel gesucht. Die Lage ist top aber die Hütte nicht bewohnbar.
Sehr schöne und saubere Aklage, die obere Wohnung hat sogar 2 Schlaf und Badezimmer. Leider aber keinen Balkon und dazugehörige Terrasse.

Tile is probably the best property have stayed in during twenty years travelling Europe. It has been furnished to a bery high standard by the owner and is set in a beautiful location.
