Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, alles recht neu und gut zu nutzen. An der Bewertung "hervorragend" fehlt es an folgenden den Dingen:
Die Nutzung des Außensitzes neben dem Pizzaofen und dem Grill wäre besser, wenn nicht nur ein Sonnenschutz vorhanden wäre, sondern auch ein Regenschutz. Da es manchmal regnete, konnte dieser Freisitz dann bei Regen und Nässe leider nicht genutzt werden.
Wenn im Poolbereich z.B. einige größere Topfpflanzen aufgestellt wären, würden das Ganze optisch noch ansprechender wirken.
Ein Teil der Schlafzimmer verfügt über keine Schränke, um Kleidung unterzubringen. Man muss viele Dinge dann ständig im Koffer belassen.
E' stato davvero una permanenza di tutto rispetto. La struttura è accogliente e ben tenuta. Sia la piscina che il giardino. Nonostante avessero avuto difficoltà visto un temporale passato da poco, devo dire che ho trovato tutto perfetto. L'accoglienza è ottima. Ho adorato permanere in questa tenuta. La casa Susino, dove ho alloggiato, è posta al primo piano di una scalinata esterna. La casetta è completa di tutto per la cucina. Camera da letto e bagno assolutamente accoglienti e puliti. Siamo stati anche con il mio cagnolino che è stato ben accetto e coccolato.
C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della struttura chiusa con cancello elettrico. E' posizionato in un posto tranquillo, in campagna, Ma si trova vicino al paese, raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata. Noi ci siamo spostati con l'auto e abbiamo trovato qualsiasi cosa in pochi minuti.
Non trovo alcuna puntualizzazione da evidenziare, anzi, consiglio solo di andarci se vi trovate in zona.
Conto di tornarci se e quando avrò necessità.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was truly a very respectable stay. The property is welcoming and well-kept. Both the pool and the garden. Although they had some difficulties due to a storm that had recently passed, I must say that everything was perfect. The welcome is excellent. I loved staying on this estate. The Susino unit, where I stayed, is located on the first floor over an external staircase. The house is complete with everything for the kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are absolutely welcoming and clean. We also stayed with my little dog who was welcome and pampered.
There is the possibility of parking the car inside the property closed with an electric gate. It is located in a quiet place, in the countryside, but it is close to the village, also reachable on foot with a nice walk. We moved by car and found everything in a few minutes.
I do not find anything to improve, on the contrary, I only recommend going there if you are in the area.
I plan to return if and when I need it.
The view from the terrace was incredible and made up for the very poor state of the house.
There is a wonderful terrace which has a breathtaking view of the bay. It was for this reason that we had a lovely time. The weather was warm and sunny so sitting on the terrace was fabulous! HOWEVER, we had to improvise; bringing indoor chairs outside as there was only an uncomfortable plastic bench to sit on. Additionally many things did not work or were broken. The outside lights were not working, so we were unable to sit outside to eat in the evening; the furniture was all in a very poor state of repair and stained and unclean, as was the decor. It was poorly equipped and many of the indoor lights did not work. The bath with shower was very dangerous and not at all suitable if you were unsteady or elderly (thankfully we were not). It seemed as though no one cared to make it a proper holiday rental which could , with just a little time and expense be fabulous. However, for that view, we ignored the house as much as we could and enjoyed the view. I would have had to rate a 1 if it had not been for the terrace and its view. The house itself is not fit for rental.

Zu Zweit perfekt, zu viert muss man sich arrangieren, da zwei Betten auf der Empore im Durchgang zum Schlafraum stehen.
