Résidence tres propre et bien arborée, calme mais certainement car sejour en septembre.Personnel très gentil. La maison de 45m2 tres bien pour 1 couple et 2 chien.

Ein tlles Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und Imperia. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist typisch italienisch aber nicht so dramatisch wie mancherorts beschrieben. Das Haus ist sauber, die Küche beinhaltet alles, was man in einem Urlaub benötigt.
Wir haben unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr genossen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief, dank gängiger Übersetzungsprogramme, prima. Beide sprechen nur Italienisch und nur bruchstückhaft Englisch.
Wir würden unseren Urlaub auch sehr gerne wieder im September 2025 in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen, aber bei einer Preissteigerung von fast 20 Prozent im selben Zeitraum ist dies nicht mehr erschwinglich für uns.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A wonderful house with a wonderful view of the sea and Imperia. The approach to the house is typically Italian but not as dramatic as described in some places. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything you need on holiday.
We really enjoyed our 2-week stay in this quietly located house.
Communication with the landlords was great, thanks to common translation programs. Both speak only Italian and only a little English.
We would love to spend our holiday in this wonderful house again in September 2025, but with a price increase of almost 20 percent in the same period, this is no longer affordable for us.
Overall the villa was great and we had a good time there. The owners were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Two comments are worthy of drawing to your attention. One, the bedroom was very dark and I guess that would be true in the height of summer. Only one window faces outward and that was close to a tree. Consequently, not a lot of light filtered into the room and we had the light on every time we used it. Second, on your website the list of amenities included a washing machine and we packed accordingly. However, the property did not have one! So, you need to amend the website to reflect this. Also, it doesn't have a fireplace.

This property is spectacular! It was perfect for our family reunion in September. The location, the views, the home itself made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you Sandra for your hospitality! All the little touches were very special - the refreshments you had waiting for us on our arrival (amazing!), the cozy robes in every room, the olive oils and cooking basics - it all was thoughtful and much appreciated.
The property was fantastic, and the hosts were wonderful. A warm welcome on our arrival, along with an amazing tour of the adjoining apartments of the people who own the whole property, who were not in residence. The pool was immaculate, as was the whole place...for an old house, with lots of beams and wooden floors, there was not a speck of dust or cobwebs anywhere, immaculate. It was wonderful to sit on the kitchen veranda, with a coffee looking at the beautiful sunrise, most and mountains of the gorgeous view..not a sound to heard other than the little hens below. Completely idyllic. The outside space at the front gave lots of options for dining or sitting with a glass of wine..was lovely. The tower bedroom was super, all with required supplies, soft towels etc. very comfy bed. The little store/bar opposite and to the left, was a gem of a find, which we didnt realise was a store until the last day. Amazing coffee served there, and a welcoming bar in the evening. Overall, it was an amazing place. Would certainly stay again.
