We enjoyed this property. The town of Pergine Valdarno is picturesque and friendly. The Casa Di Vignolo, if not ideal for small children or for the infirm because of steep steps, was ideal for us and our guests--giving us a feel (without the inconvenience)for the simplicity of centuries-old life in a Tuscan hill town. We also found Marina and her family to be delightful to know as well as helpful when problems arose.

There is no better place to stay for a large family or group than this property. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The 800 year old home has everything you need. Wonderful views, great pool, large bath rooms and great kitchen. The only complaint is the road leading to the villa. The owner needs to spend some $$ and fix the 2 sharp up hill curves. Maybe partial pavement in these two areas. But all in all great house in a great area of Tuscany!!

Wir genossen unseren Urlaub im unserem Domizil La Mirandola. Unser Ferienhaus im toskanischen Stil, sowie der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt und mit Herz geschaffen. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge eignet sich dieses Feriendomizil hervorragend. Danke auch der Besitzerfamilie für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit.

Very nice renovation, comfortably appointed and beautifully maintained. The owners are extremely graciaous and accommodating and were responsive to every request.

Fabulous property with amazing views, and very convenient for San Gimignano. We had a lovely week with our 9 & 6 year olds.
Just be aware that there is no 'welcome basket' in the property. This is not normally a problem, but we arrived very late in the evening and had to wait until the next day to shop for items such as water and fruit juice.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Riccardo and his family were very welcoming & helpful - we got married in the local town of Terranuova Bracciolini and the whole experience from start to finish was made wonderful with the help of Riccardo. There were 16 people in our party and there was more than enough room for us. We used the breakfast facility on the morning of the wedding which was great - we also tried the wine tasting evening there which was fab! We cannot complain about anything - truly wonderful! Swimming pool facility superb - cleaned and checked daily - we can't say enough - can't wait to go back one year for our anniversary.
We would recommend Fattoria Romignano highly.

I thought the entire experience was great. The castle was more beautiful than I thought it would be, and the location was perfect. Our apartment was great and just as it was described. We would definitely use Easy Reserve again and would stay at the castle again. The only suggestion I would have would be to give extra towels to the apartments and warn about the mosquitos in the summer.

Das gemietete Objekt, Villa Flora war genau so schön, wie im Internet beschrieben. Gepflegte Anlage mit zahlreichen Blumen. Das Haus landestypisch stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Swimmingpool und Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alle 9 Personen und vor allem die drei Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter nett und freundlich. Die Anlage, sowie den Service von EasyReserve würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Palazzo Rosadi to prospective renters.
My family and I (8 in total - 6 adults, 2 just over the age of 1) have just returned from a fabulous week there. It is a perfect haven for those looking for a tranquil respite and a taste of the 'true Tuscany'. Its a superbly appointed villa with plenty of room and all modern conveniences without losing any of its heritage. Its also a great base to explore the more hidden gems of the area such as Monterchi, Sanselpocro and the smaller villages that are off the usual tourist trail. I can certainly recommend a visit to the nearby vineyard of Il Borro for excellent wines and also a first rate spa and restaurant.
A special word to Rosado for being the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel relaxed and at home from the very start. Also the local supermarket who put up with our poor Italian and even gave us abottle of wine on our last day! You dont get that sevice in London....!!
So go to Palazzo Rosadi - you wont regret it and we'll certainly be back

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren uns einig, daß dies das schönste und am liebevollsten eingerichte Haus war, in dem wir bis jetzt waren. Alles bis ins letzte Detail gestylt, aber doch wohnlich. Individuell mit allen Küchenutensilien, wie sie vorhanden sind, wenn der Besitzer darin selber wohnt. Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer fast gleichwertig mit liebevollen Bädern. Mit eigenem Gemüsegarten zur Benutzung und liebevoller Betreung durch 2 Gärtner und Putzfrau. Man darf sich allerdings nicht durch die Zufahrt schrecken lassen, die doch ziemlich zeitaufwändig ist. Diese Abgeschiedenheit macht natürlich auch den besonderen Reiz aus, glaubt man doch in seiner eigenen Welt zu sein. Für große Besichtigungstouren ist die Anfahrt eher abschreckend, was für uns kein Problem war...... slow down!! Haben abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade eine Wanderung am Rande bzw. drch. die Steinbrüche von Carrara unternohmen. Mit klapprigen Bus von Carrara nach Trano und zu Fuß über die Berge zurück nach Carrara.
