This villa, completed in September 2024, provides modern luxury with breathtaking sea views and a prime location, just 1.5 km from the idyllic center and harbor of Inkoo. The villa perfectly combines a peaceful archipelago atmosphere with easy access to services. The distance to Helsinki is only about 60 km, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the proximity of the sea without a long drive.
The villa is built on one floor, featuring an open living room and kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The living room has a light fireplace for ambiance and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can be placed together. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace. The living room also has a high-quality and easy-to-use sofa bed as an alternative sleeping space.
From the entrance hall, there is access to the sauna area and a separate WC, which also includes a washing machine.
In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. Hot tub rental paid along the accommodation booking + firewood 20 e / heating time. Firewood is paid with Mobile Pay, to a bank account or on the spot directly to the owner. The hot tub always has clean water from the well. You can bathe in it 2-3 times by adding an activated carbon tablet after bathing. The water change is charged at 80 euros (incl. emptying, washing and filling).

The villa features two bedrooms, each with two single beds. It has an open and functional living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a washroom with a shower and electric sauna. From the dressing room, there is direct access to a furnished terrace equipped with a gas grill.
Lake Lohjanjärvi is approx. 200 meters away, offering a shared swimming beach with a gradually deepening sandy bottom. During summer, a lakeside kiosk serves pizza, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the lakeside ambiance. A lakeside sauna and grill hut can also be rented separately.
The Kampus Pass, automatically included in the accommodation price, provides access to Kisakallio Sports Institute facilities. You can use the gym with high-quality equipment and spaces for independent workouts. Padel and tennis courts are available for booking (1 hour), allowing games indoors or outdoors. Fat bikes and mountain bikes (1 hour, subject to availability) enable you to explore forest trails and lakeside paths. An indoor sports hall (1 hour) is suitable for basketball, badminton, or general exercise. Sports equipment is available for loan from reception—please confirm the availability of activities directly with Kisakallio. Kampus pass activity reservations are made subject to availability. A cozy 80 m² round-log cabin located in the peaceful countryside of Vihti, just 50 km from Helsinki. Built in 1977 and updated with modern comforts, this inviting cabin offers a perfect escape from everyday life. The atmospheric wood-heated sauna adds a touch of authenticity to your stay, while the surrounding nature and nearby attractions — such as Nuuksio National Park and Vihti Ski — make this an excellent base for both relaxation and active days outdoors.
The cabin features a spacious living area with a dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. Additional facilities include a separate WC, a dressing room with a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed, a washroom with a shower, and a cozy wood-heated sauna. Outside, a campfire site invites you to enjoy evenings outdoors. Although the neighboring plot is close by, its limited use ensures a peaceful stay.

Maison en rondins 2002, cuisine-séjour, chambre avec lit double, petite chambre avec 1 lit, sauna (poêle à bois), buanderie (douche), dressing, WC, couloir et grands espaces terrasse partiellement couverts. Possibilité d'hébergement en dépendance indépendante pour 2 personnes (chauffage électrique, poêle à bois, plaque chauffante et réfrigérateur). La dépendance est située juste à côté du chalet principal. Dans le bûcher il y a un lit d'appoint mobile et un lit de jeune (pour un enfant d'environ 3-10 ans) qui peut être utilisé si nécessaire. Il y a un garage à côté de la dépendance et il est à l'usage du propriétaire (le propriétaire ne l'utilisera pas lorsque le chalet sera réservé pour les clients). Lit bébé de voyage. Le lave-linge est équipé d'un sèche-linge intégré. Une nouvelle cuisinière a été achetée le 09/2017 (cuisinière en céramique avec un four à convection). Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de télévision dans cette cabine. REMARQUEZ ! Il n'est PAS permis d'apporter avec vous un bain à remous / un bain à remous sur roues. Le chalet est situé sur l'île de Jalassaari. Il y a une liaison routière vers l'île. Il y a deux bâtiments d'hébergement donc l'endroit convient aux clients qui apprécient la possibilité de loger dans deux bâtiments séparés. La cour est spacieuse et lumineuse, la partie supérieure est plate. Il y a une pente jusqu'à la plage mais il y a de bons escaliers jusqu'à la plage. Lohjanjärvi est un lac aux eaux claires et riche en poissons. Le voisin le plus proche (distance 130 m, hors de vue en été) appartient à la même famille. À 200 m de distance, il y a le deuxième chalet de location du propriétaire, 13795 Ranta-Iivari. The ground floor of the cabin features a spacious living room/kitchen with a large dining table, as well as two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the other with a single bed. The ground floor also includes a dressing room with direct access to the large terrace — the hot tub is located right next to it and can be rented separately. In addition, the ground floor has a washroom with a hydro massage bath and an electric sauna, providing the ideal setting for relaxation.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two more bedrooms: one with two separate beds and the other with three beds. The hall area also includes two additional beds, offering ample accommodation for even larger groups.
A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking — please remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
