Maison en rondins 2002, cuisine-séjour, chambre avec lit double, petite chambre avec 1 lit, sauna (poêle à bois), buanderie (douche), dressing, WC, couloir et grands espaces terrasse partiellement couverts. Possibilité d'hébergement en dépendance indépendante pour 2 personnes (chauffage électrique, poêle à bois, plaque chauffante et réfrigérateur). La dépendance est située juste à côté du chalet principal. Dans le bûcher il y a un lit d'appoint mobile et un lit de jeune (pour un enfant d'environ 3-10 ans) qui peut être utilisé si nécessaire. Il y a un garage à côté de la dépendance et il est à l'usage du propriétaire (le propriétaire ne l'utilisera pas lorsque le chalet sera réservé pour les clients). Lit bébé de voyage. Le lave-linge est équipé d'un sèche-linge intégré. Une nouvelle cuisinière a été achetée le 09/2017 (cuisinière en céramique avec un four à convection). Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de télévision dans cette cabine. REMARQUEZ ! Il n'est PAS permis d'apporter avec vous un bain à remous / un bain à remous sur roues. Le chalet est situé sur l'île de Jalassaari. Il y a une liaison routière vers l'île. La cour est spacieuse et lumineuse, la partie supérieure est plate. Il y a une pente jusqu'à la plage mais il y a de bons escaliers jusqu'à la plage. Lohjanjärvi est un lac aux eaux claires et riche en poissons. Le voisin le plus proche (distance 130 m, hors de vue en été) appartient à la même famille. À 200 m de distance, il y a le deuxième chalet de location du propriétaire, 13795 Ranta-Iivari. Complexe confortable construit en 1968. Les chambres sont divisées de façon à ce qu'il y ait quatre chambres dans le chalet principal, deux chambres dans le chalet de couchage et un lit double dans le sauna au bord du lac. Chalet principal (115 m2), séjour avec lit supplémentaire, cuisine, chambre 2 lits, chambre avec 2 lits, chambre avec lits superposés anciens, chambre avec lit simple, 2 x WC intérieurs séparés, douche, véranda vitrée avec grande table à manger, terrasse. Pendant l'hiver, la véranda vitrée est froide et sert de débarras. Lits de voyage pour deux enfants. Pompe à chaleur air. Remarque! Il n'y a pas de télévision. The sauna section includes two showers and an electric sauna with magnificent sea views. There is also an additional WC and a hall area on this level, with stairs leading to the upper floor. From the hall, double doors open to the backyard, where a high-quality outdoor lounge set invites you to relax in the open air.
On the upper floor is an open space with a double bed at one end and three single beds at the other.
On the lower floor, accessible via a separate outdoor entrance, you'll find impressive entertainment facilities: a billiards table, a movie room (65' smart TV and a BOSE surround sound system), a bar counter, and a separate WC.

Le bateau-sauna flottant comprend un séjour/cuisine, un espace de vie avec canapé-lit (160 cm x 200 cm déplié), un vestiaire, des toilettes sèches séparées et un sauna chauffé au bois avec accès direct à la mer par un escalier. La baignade en eau glacée est également possible en hiver. L'eau de la douche et des robinets est froide, mais peut être facilement réchauffée dans un réservoir d'eau situé à côté du poêle du sauna.
