Looking for the perfect vacation spot in a peaceful seaside setting, yet close to the capital? This stunning, three-story 237 m² villa built in 2002 offers luxurious surroundings for a relaxing holiday year-round.
The villa’s main floor features a bright living room and a spacious kitchen with ample dining space for the whole group. On the same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and its own separate WC.
The sauna section includes two showers and an electric sauna with magnificent sea views. There is also an additional WC and a hall area on this level, with stairs leading to the upper floor. From the hall, double doors open to the backyard, where a high-quality outdoor lounge set invites you to relax in the open air.
On the upper floor is an open space with a double bed at one end and three single beds at the other.
On the lower floor, accessible via a separate outdoor entrance, you'll find impressive entertainment facilities: a billiards table, a movie room (65' smart TV and a BOSE surround sound system), a bar counter, and a separate WC.
In addition to the main building, guests have access to a separate, winter-insulated guest cabin. The loft has two single beds, and downstairs there is a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The guest cabin also features a separate WC with a shower.

Guests have access to a shared swimming beach on Lake Korpilampi, about 200 metres away, featuring a gently sloping sandy bottom — perfect for enjoying summer days by the water. As the property is part of a semi-detached house, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 22:00 onwards, though normal living sounds are naturally permitted.

This villa, completed in September 2024, provides modern luxury with breathtaking sea views and a prime location, just 1.5 km from the idyllic center and harbor of Inkoo. The villa perfectly combines a peaceful archipelago atmosphere with easy access to services. The distance to Helsinki is only about 60 km, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the proximity of the sea without a long drive.
The villa is built on one floor, featuring an open living room and kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The living room has a light fireplace for ambiance and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can be placed together. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace. The living room also has a high-quality and easy-to-use sofa bed as an alternative sleeping space.
From the entrance hall, there is access to the sauna area and a separate WC, which also includes a washing machine.
In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. Hot tub rental paid along the accommodation booking + firewood 20 e / heating time. Firewood is paid with Mobile Pay, to a bank account or on the spot directly to the owner. The hot tub always has clean water from the well. You can bathe in it 2-3 times by adding an activated carbon tablet after bathing. The water change is charged at 80 euros (incl. emptying, washing and filling).

Villa en bois, entièrement rénovée en 2014, séjour/cuisine avec lit avec 2 places, lit double et lit bébé dans la chambre (12 m²), lit double dans l'autre chambre (9 m²), WC séparé, dressing, salle d'eau et poêle à bois dans le sauna. Grande terrasse couverte (50 m²) avec gril à gaz (attention : le gril est disponible de mai à septembre). Emplacement de feu de camp dans la cour. Un sauna à fumée préchauffé, situé sur la plage, peut être loué moyennant un supplément. Le sauna peut être réservé le week-end en juin, juillet et août. The holiday home features a living room/kitchen with two sofa beds, each accommodating two people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove favored by professional chefs and an electric oven. The holiday home has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds with individual mattress toppers) and the other with two separate beds.
