Le complexe de vacances « Komfort Aclas Maiensäss Resort » est implanté au cœur des Alpes suisses à 1 580 mètres d'altitude, à Oberurmein. Construit en 2008, ce village de vacances accueillant pour les enfants comprend 21 maisons individuelles situées en périphérie de la localité, implantées sur un terrain en pente douce avec une orientation sud-est qui assure une lumière naturelle abondante. Le complexe est entièrement sans voitures, créant un environnement paisible et sûr pour tous les hôtes. Entouré de prairies verdoyantes et de paysages ouverts, le resort bénéficie d'une atmosphère calme et ensoleillée.

Le resort s'intègre harmonieusement dans le paysage alpin, avec les prairies et la campagne environnante qui encadrent la propriété. En hiver, les hôtes voyageant en voiture sont vivement conseillés de porter des chaînes à neige, et un véhicule 4x4 est recommandé en raison des conditions de la route de montagne.
