Pour les annulations effectuées jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée, aucun frais n'est retenu, bien qu'une commission de CHF 100,00 soit conservée en cas d'annulation. Une annulation intervenant moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue permet au locataire de proposer un locataire de remplacement, qui doit être jugé raisonnable et solvable par le propriétaire ; le locataire de substitution conclut le contrat aux conditions existantes, et les deux locataires sont solidairement responsables du loyer. La date de réception de la notification d'annulation par le propriétaire ou le bureau de réservation est déterminante pour l'ouverture du droit à la commission d'annulation, les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés étant exclus, auquel cas le jour ouvrable suivant s'applique.
