Must be reported to the landlord. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. For any cancellations, a processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This replacement tenant must be acceptable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant enters into the contract under the existing conditions; the tenant and replacement tenant are jointly liable for the rent. The arrival of the notification with the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the next working day applies).
