By the dock 30 metres away, you can rent a 21 ft Øien 620F boat with 50
hp Honda BF 4-stroke motor, Lawrence Elite 5HD chartplotter/GPS/sonar, 4
rodholders. Gurskefjorden, where the house is located, is sheltered
from bad weather. The archipelago here offers excellent fishing
conditions. Life jackets included. There is an indoor fish cleaning
table close to the house, with running water and lights. Trout-fishing
in Skogevatnet, a lake 7 km away. The river of Ørstaelva has salmon, 40
km away. Explore the many sights and cities of the area! Within 2 hours
you can visit the bird rock of Runde, Ålesund, West Cape. Within 3 hours
you can visit Geiranger and Briksdalen Glacier.
