Descriptif de la Propriété
Une fois arrivé à Podere Varlunga, situé dans un petit mais magnifique coin de la vallée, vous dominerez tout le Casentino, l'ancienne vallée formée par le fleuve Arno et bordée par les contreforts accidentés du Pratomagno et de l'Alpe di Catenaia. D'ici, en peu de temps, vous pourrez décider de visiter les centres historiques les plus importants de la vallée, les imposants châteaux construits pour défendre le territoire, ou les lieux évocateurs chers à la chrétienté comme l'Abbaye de Vallombrosa, l'Ermitage de Camaldoli, le Sanctuaire de la Verna. Des lieux plongés dans des atmosphères lointaines qui vous permettront de passer des journées mémorables à la découverte du passé.
De même, la villa est à équidistance de deux des plus importants centres de la Toscane, Florence et Arezzo (50 km). Le petit village de Borgo alla Collina se trouve à moins d'un kilomètre et peut être atteint avec une promenade. La villa est dotée d'un vaste espace vert entièrement clôturé, d'une piscine panoramique privée (taille m. 10x5 -profondeur m. 1,20-1,50 - ouvert du 11 Mai au 30 Septembre) également clôturée, d'une table de ping-pong et d'une balançoire, ce qui en fait une destination idéale même lorsque vous êtes en vacances avec vos enfants.
La villa est bien meublée et équipée, mais sans aucun doute le portique couvert, meublé de meubles typiques en bois et en fer forgé, est l'espace préféré de nos hôtes. Les soirs d'été, avec la piscine complètement éclairée, c'est certainement ici que vous pouvez profiter de la fraîcheur de la vallée, d'un bon dîner toscan et d'une bouteille de vin.
Pour les amoureux de la nature et pour l'amusement de vos enfants, il est impossible de manquer une excursion pour découvrir les merveilles naturelles du Parc des forêts du Casentino.
Descriptif des Intérieurs
REZ-DE-CHAUSSEE: salon-salle à manger avec cheminée et cuisine. En remontant quelques marches, on accède à un salon de passage avec cheminée et canapé lit double, deux chambres avec lit double, salle de bains avec douche et une petite salle de bains (lavabo, wc et bidet).
PREMIER ETAGE: on y accède par un commode escalier en bois. On y trouve deux chambres avec lit double, une soupente avec un lit simple et une salle de bains avec douche.

Ein sehr sauberes Haus. Alle Strom- Wassereinrichtungen funktionieren einwandfrei. Unsere Vermieterin ist mega nett, auch Ihr Mann. Der sieht immer wieder am Haus ganz früh um niemand zu stören vorbei und kümmert sich um alles in der Anlage.
Pool ist sehr sauber. Das Wasser war leider A....kalt und wurde auch nicht warm. Es wurden uns die Betten frisch bezogen, genug Decken sind vorhanden. Dicke flauschige Baumwollhandtücher in ausreichender Menge. Wir waren 6 Personen, 8 geht auch gut. 10 Personen fände ich seeeehr sportlich. Die gesamte Grünanlage ist bestens gepflegt. Wer hier bucht macht gar nichts falsch !!!!!

Pool is very clean. Unfortunately the water was A...cold and didn't get warm either. Our beds were freshly made and there were enough blankets. Thick, fluffy cotton towels in sufficient quantities. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus und Außenanlagen. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Pool, der häufig sauber gemacht wurde. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Nähe zum Ort Poppi und die tolle Bar direkt um die Ecke hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Tolle Weingüter in der Nähe und auch nach Arezzo und Florenz ist es nicht weit.

We were 2 families with a total of 8 people and we really enjoyed it. We particularly liked the proximity to Poppi and the great bar right around the corner.

We have visited this beautiful place in September ‘22, the area is lovely, house beautifully arranged in a Tuscan style, swimming poll is very clean and comfortable.
The property is big and calm, you feel like there’s nobody else in the world, but at the same time it’s a five minute walk to a nearby shop.
Nearby you will find also a very nice village - Poppi with a beautiful castel and nice cafeterias/ restaurants.
30 min drive there is a beautiful winery Castel de Nipozzano where you can have a tour around and degustation.
I do truly recommend this place if you really want to rest.

Wie schon viele Jahre zuvor, kommen wir immer wieder gerne in's Podere Varlunga.
Es gibt nichts schöneres als vom Pool aus die wunderbare Aussicht zu genießen.
Für uns ist es das perfekte Ferienhaus, mit super netten Eigentümern, die das Haus picobello in Ordnung halten. Da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, ist es auch für unseren Hund hier sicher. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful house, beautiful and really big garden area and a perfect swimming pool. Very friendly owners who provided good advices for activities. We spend one week in the house and really enjoyed it. It is perfect for two families as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on first floor and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, so that everyone has its private area. Also staying there with a dog was easy, as there is lots of space in the garden and everything ist sourounded with a fence. We will definetly book that house again.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit landesüblichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Für einen Familienurlaub mit Hund wunderbar geeignet, denn das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt. Der Pool ist schön groß und toll am Hang gelegen, deshalb hat man von dort einen super Ausblick. Es sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre hierher, und freuen uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Wie bereits mehrere Jahre haben wir auch dieses Jahr unseren Sommerurlaub im Podere Varlunga verbracht. Auch wenn es diesmal ein etwas anderer Urlaub war, bedingt durch Covid 19, haben wir uns hier wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schöne große Pool mit dem grandiosen Ausblick lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Besitzer sind super freundliche, nette Menschen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Auch unser kleiner Hund fühlt sich hier sehr wohl, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful & relaxing view of the Casentino landscape, very nice pool especially in the evening, confortable house : we can confirm that the pictures are reflecting the reality. The owners are very nice, they cleaned the pool every morning when we were all still asleep...Perfect ! Temperatures are hot during the day in August, but the nights are not (ideal to sleep well !). The surroundings are amazing for those who love medieval atmosphere (Poppi, Bibiena, Arezzo, Siena...).
If we had 1 only thing a little negative, that would be the noise made by some agricultural neighbours sometimes, but it luckily didn't last too long.

Podere Varlunga ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus, in wunderschöner Lage. Vom Pool aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute. Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die steile und schmale Zufahrt zum Haus.
