Well located for small beach and short drive from private parking Dunes Beach just outside Porto Pino. House rustic but would benefit from a little work. Mariano was extremely helpful.

A delightful, quiet secluded villa, all facilities in the house & pool were very good. Our only comments of note are that the wifi needs upgrading / replacing, it was almost unusable. Tennis court surface needs maintenance. Other than these minor issues it was a delightful stay; recommended.

Villa Marginone, 5 families, 17 individuals = Priceless experience! Plenty of opportunity to lounge by the pool or take day trips, convienently located with access to the sea and beaches, Florence & Museums, wine Country, etc. Dinner and wine tasting with friends until 2 in the morning most evenings. Awesome!
