Die Villa und das Anwesen sind sehr groß. Der Pool ist absolut spitze. Fängt bei ,1,40m an und geht schnell auf die Tiefe von 2,00 m. Ideal zum schwimmen. Am Pool befindet sich ein WC und eine Dusche. Das Anwesen ist von aussen nicht einsehbar. Für Personen die auch mal schattige Plätzchen suchen ist diese Location ideal. Unter der Villa gibt es eine Terasse mit Kühlschrank und einem Tischfussball. Neben dem Aufgang zur Villa gibt es einen Grillplatz auf dem Grundstück. Es war sehr schön dort.

Nous avons choisi la fattoria di Romignano pour y célébrer notre mariage en petit comité.
Les maisons sont grandes et spacieuses. Tout est très propre. Il y'a 9 chambres dont 2 doubles ce qui est très pratique pour les enfants et chacune a sa salle de bain. C'est un dépaysement total, on est entourés de vignes et oliveraies, de vrais paysages de Toscane. C'est un endroit idéalement placé pour visiter toute la région.
Pour la partie mariage, çela a été parfait. Toute l'équipe est géniale. Ils sont disponibles, souriants, arrangeants, gentils... ils ont tout fait pour que ce moment soit inoubliable et c'est le cas. La cuisine est délicieuse. La décoration était simple et très classe. Encore un grand merci !

The houses are large and spacious. Everything is very clean. There are 9 bedrooms including 2 doubles which is very convenient for children and each has its own bathroom. It is a total change of scenery, we are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, real landscapes of Tuscany. It is a great place to visit the whole region.
For the wedding party, it was perfect. The whole team is great. They are available, smiling, accommodating, kind ... they have done everything to make this moment unforgettable and it is the case. Aan te raden villa met uitstekend onderhouden zwembad. Het enige wat men nog zou kunnen verbeteren is de toevoeging van een microgolfoven in de keuken. Zou er zeker opnieuw naartoe gaan.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie beleefd in Fattoria Il Musarone. Wij, zijn een moeder en drie pubers die het een week zonder wifi moesten doen. Dat was wel een dingetje. Het huis en de accommodatie met voorzieningen is geweldig: compleet, schoon, karakteristiek en het dolca vita gevoel. Nu er geen wifi bleek te zijn gingen onze kids sudoku's maken. Elk nadeel heb zijn voordeel, sprak de grote filosoof. Wat ik wel vervelend vond, was dat er geen communicatie met de eigenaren mogelijk was. Wij spreken geen Italiaans en de gastvrouw sprak geen woord Engels. Hoe dan ook, een heerlijke vakantie, fijn zwembad ook, en accommodatie verdient wat ons betreft de optie 'nog een keer?'.

The house and the accommodation with amenities is great: complete, clean, characteristic and the dolca vita feeling. Now that there was no Wi-Fi, our kids started making sudoku's. Every disadvantage has its advantage, said the great philosopher. What I found annoying was that no communication with the owners was possible. We do not speak Italian and the hostess did not speak a word of English. Tres beau chateau, avec emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter la toscane. Appartement sympa et surtout très propre. Personnel agréable. Néanmoins, tres tres bruyant, nous avions l'impression que les voitures passaient au pied de notre lit. Infecté de moustiques. Electricite, gaz , pression d'eau qui fonctionnent à son bon vouloir, transat insuffisants.... équipements identiques à un petit camping. ( ne pensez meme pas cuisiner ). Le rapport qualité prix est loin d'être satisfaisant!
Il y a sûrement mieux sauf à vouloir participer à la préservation d'un site historique!

Nevertheless, very very noisy, we had the impression that cars passed at the foot of our bed. Infected with mosquitoes. Electricity, gas, water pressure that work at will .... equipment similar to a small campsite. (Do not even think about cooking) The value for money is far from satisfactory!
There is surely better except to want to participate in the preservation of a historical site!

Gloria is an excellent host and the Mulino is simply beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous holiday. Accommodation comfortable, clean and well equipped, couldn't ask for more. Owner very friendly and on hand if needed and the cookery school next door kept us entertained. We walked into San gimignano daily, took about 30 mins and made the coffee and cake in the square guilt free.
