A beautiful restoration with much of the original machinery and millstones left in place. Modern furnishings are all in keeping with the mill theme and of the highest quality materials. The property is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. In a picturesque setting reminiscent, we thought, of Austria.
Villa sul Lago was as pictured on website. Spacious, clean, lovely. The indoor pool was fantastic and we used it every day. Outdoor pool was used a few days due to weather changes. Beautiful views of the lake below. Passignano is a wonderful town below right on the water with great restaurants as well.
Stefano was very prompt for one issue with the security gate and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with pre and post vacation. Perfect spot to take day tours from and then come home to relax in the sun and pool.
Fabulous family vacation with 5 adults and plenty of room. Local cows grazing , pigs etc around the property as well. Serene and peaceful.

We were a group of 9 retirees (4 couples and 1 single). This place was perfect for us - each having their own bedroom and bathroom. The elevator was a plus for some of the group. The location was great for doing side trips, including a day trip to Plitvice National Park, shopping and restaurants. Josip was very helpful in getting us settled and provided us with information on things to do and places to eat. The only trouble we had was finding the place - we could not find the road or the driveway even using our GPS. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this wonderful place.
Belle maison avec une vue magnifique, au calme, sur les hauts de Recco. Belle piscine bien entretenue. La maison est bien adaptée aux groupes de 15 - 20 personnes comme le notre pour un camps de vacances, notamment avec toutes les salles de bain. Antonio a aussi très bien organisé notre arrivée et séjour dans sa maison.

The house is well suited for groups of 15 - 20 people like ours for a holiday camp, especially with all bathrooms. Antonio also organised very well our arrival and stay in his house.

Borgo Toscano was just beautiful; it is located in an idyllic setting and was the perfect place for a family reunion.
The facilities on offer were terrific and the owners / managers of the property were very responsive to any queries we had.
We were a group of 10 (including 2 children) and would recommend this property to others looking for a special holiday place to spend some much needed time with family or friends.
