Il Ruscello is a really nice house with a great swimmingpool, lots of space, royal bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor with airco. If you like quietness and the feeling of being away from it all, this is the place to be. Sabina is a great host and a great cook! Make sure you have dinner at her place Le Valli one night. It is just 20 minutes away. And pay a visit to her brothers' Novo Frantoio to buy wine, olive oil and sausages. They are great!
We had a big storm one night and thereby problems with the heating of the water, but Sabina took very well care. If you need anything, she immediately does all she can to help.
Thank you Sabina for your hospitality!Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Great relaxing location with fantastic view. Last large kitchen and pool was something we really enjoyed. Around 30 min drive to Lucca or the beach which makes the location very convenient. Also having a good food store in the local village just 10 min away

Borgo Tuscano was fantastic and located in great location and very clean. We had 14 people (ages 16 to 80+) and the Owners/Managers were very helpful as well.

Very nice villa. We (2 families) had a pleasant stay and definitely enjoyed the swimming pool.
The only negative point were the many mosquitos.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

The property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful. The apartment is lacking. It has loose toilet seats, and sub par bathrooms. Also, since it has a functional kitchen, it would have been nice to have had some dish soap, salt and pepper and perhaps a sponge to wash dishes and a trash bag or two. We had to purchase all staples for a one week stay.
The weather was very hot. We did not expect air conditioning, but a fan would have been a welcomed addition. Some of the rooms were stifling.
The owner is friendly and so is the staff.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Excellent stay at this gorgeous villa located on the hills of Camaiore. Perfect location a short drive to local shops and also close enough to Viareggio. House was very well maintained, very clean, the pool was the best part of our stay we really enjoyed it . Highly recommended.

But very noisy in July and August: music from the hotel opposite until midnight + fiesta of young people until 2 or 3 am and at 6 am motorized cleaning of the rambla: very short night, no air conditioning so open windows. not recommended if you're not there to party every night.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami?
