Karashka was amazing! It surpassed any of our expectations, it was the absolute perfect holiday home. This place is set in the mountains (you could just sit and look at the view for hours), in total peace and tranquility. The house has been lovingly renovated in traditional styles and is an incredibly comfortable place to spend some time. Maya and Kalin were excellent hosts, they showed us places nearby where we could walk and swim in the river. They were so helpful throughout our stay. We loved our holiday and will definitely be going back!
The location is the best, close to the train station and to all of the historical area. We loved to stay close to all the beautiful Fiorenza! The apartament was very clean and had all that we needed. The person who receive us was very nice to us and made it all simple and easy. Actually, you can’t ask for a better location and confort. We were able to rest in the middle of our day, and in the end of it, rest in a silent and calm bedroom.
Das Haus ist super für eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und sogar noch mehr Personen würden Platz finden. Das der Pool sauber und direkt vor dem Haus liegt ist ein Traum und auch falls mal mit Kleinkindern dort übernachtet wird, ist es ein großer Vorteil dass der Pool eingezäunt ist. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad und auch unten gibt es noch ein WC, extrem gut für drei Paare! Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, jederzeit auch erreichbar. Es sollte nur erwähnt werden, dass der Strand zwar nur 15 KM entfernt liegt, jedoch durch die kurvenreiche Strecke man 30 Minuten einkalkulieren sollte. Wir waren überrascht das wir so weit oben lagen mit dem Haus. Dennoch haben wir uns einfach extrem wohlgefühlt und direkt weiterempfohlen!
The people at Fattoria Di Quercia Al Poggio are amazing! The property is very well maintained! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We can't wait to come back and visit. The wine and the olive oil are AMAZING!!
We had a wonderful stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Spacious, comfortable quarters in this three hundred year old villa, with beautiful views in all directions. Easy access by bus to Florence and surrounding towns. Made for a great home base to explore all of Tuscany.
La propriété a correspondu parfaitement au descriptif et à notre attente.
Seul bémol, le prix de l'électricité lors de notre départ nous a paru élevé 0,75 euro le KW/H.
Nous ne connaissons pas le prix réel en Italie mais 500 euros pour 2 semaines, (en faisant attention), en sus de la location, nous a paru assez cher.
Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus.
Es ist sauber und gut eingerichtet, eine kleine Küche mi allen zum Kochen benötigten Geschirr und Töpfen.
Auch die Betten waren bequem und die Nächte entsprechend gut!
Ein kleiner Ofen mit mehr als genüpgend Brennholz war vorhanden. Eine schöne Terasse gehörte auch zum Haus.
Gerne werden wir wieder ein so schönes Ferienhaus buchen.
A beautiful restoration with much of the original machinery and millstones left in place. Modern furnishings are all in keeping with the mill theme and of the highest quality materials. The property is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. In a picturesque setting reminiscent, we thought, of Austria.
Villa sul Lago was as pictured on website. Spacious, clean, lovely. The indoor pool was fantastic and we used it every day. Outdoor pool was used a few days due to weather changes. Beautiful views of the lake below. Passignano is a wonderful town below right on the water with great restaurants as well.
Stefano was very prompt for one issue with the security gate and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with pre and post vacation. Perfect spot to take day tours from and then come home to relax in the sun and pool.
Fabulous family vacation with 5 adults and plenty of room. Local cows grazing , pigs etc around the property as well. Serene and peaceful.
