A nice place perfect for 3 persons!
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The house is located in an urban areal in Kostrena close to Rijeka.
We will stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Ripresa and were made to feel very much at home by the owner, Maurizio. Despite our extremely late arrival due to our flight, he came to greet us and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The accommodation itself is full of character and the location peaceful. The surrounding countryside is stunning and the nearby town of Vicchio has some great restaurants. This is a great location for anyone that wants to experience the untouched Tuscany. We will undoubtedly return.

I loved the authenticity of this villa and the grounds, but window screens are needed on these villas, there is no A/C, which I could deal with in July, but the mosquitos are really bad and we were bitten badly with the windows open.

He estado con mi familia. La ubicación y urbanización están bien. La pega de la urbanización es que la piscina para niños no funcionaba y en una semana nadie trabajaba en ella para arreglarla.
El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Dos aspectos a mejorar son: No hay toldo en la terraza y la caldera es de gas butano.
Una incidencia que nos ocurrió es que se salía el agua al fregar por debajo de la lavadora... no hicimos mucho uso de la cocina e informamos al contacto para que lo tuvieran en cuenta para los próximos inquilinos.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Two aspects to improve are: There is no awning on the terrace and the boiler is butane gas.
An incident that occurred to us is that the water was coming out when scrubbing under the washing machine ... we did not make much use of the kitchen and informed the contact so that they could take it into account for the next tenants.

Het is een mooi huis. Wij zijn tot rust gekomen. De keuken voorziet alles wat je nodig hebt. Een hele mooie uitzicht van de heuvels en bij nacht een fantastische uitzicht op Arezzo. Zeker om aan te bevelen.

The view from Im Klusi was wonderful and the spaces gave us exactly what we needed to allow our whole family to enjoy the Bernese Oberland.

What a great holiday we had at La Rogaia, Summer 2019. Comfortable (including comfy beds!), cool, spacious, a lovely pool, gardens and land, and a great base for exploring Tuscany. Paulo and his Mother were welcoming and kind, full of recommendations and food gifts. Highly recommended.

Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Bij aankomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, ondanks dat we zo laat arriveerden. De eigenaressen van het hotel waren erg aardig, we kregen ook zomaar gebak. Het was erg fijn dat er een zwembad bij zat. De zee was op loopafstand en voor een groter strand moest je zo'n 6km rijden (daar zaten dan een restaurant/bar, toiletten en douches bij). Dit had je helaas niet op het strand vlakbij het appartement. Daarnaast zag het appartement er erg schoon en netjes uit. En het had een ruim balkon. Alleen het tafeltje op het balkon was net groot genoeg om met zijn vieren aan te eten, dat was weer wat minder. Ook stond er op de site aangegeven dat er 2 slaapkamers waren. Bij aankomst bleek dat er in de woonkamer een slaapbank stond. Deze ruimte werd dus aangeduid als 'slaapkamer'. Je moest ook nog is apart voor de airco betalen, die zat namelijk niet in de prijs begrepen. In de nabije omgeving was niet zo veel te beleven. Je moest echt grote afstanden rijden als je wat wou zien, zoals de grote steden Zadar en Split. En grote supermarkten waren ook niet in de buurt. De dichtstbijzijnde Lidl was zo'n 40 km. Maar in Karlobag, een iets grotere plaats dan Ribarica, had je nog wel wat restaurants zitten en aanbieders van leuke activiteiten zoals, een boottocht en een tocht met een onderzeeboot.

The owners of the hotel were very nice, we also got cakes. It was very nice that there was a swimming pool. The sea was within walking distance and for a larger beach you had to drive about 6 km (here you had a restaurant / bar, toilets and showers). Unfortunately you didn't have this on the beach near the apartment. In addition, the apartment looked very clean and tidy. And it had a spacious balcony. Only the table on the balcony was just big enough to eat with the four of us, that was less. It was also indicated on the site that there were 2 bedrooms. Upon arrival it appeared that there was a sofa bed in the living room. This space was therefore referred to as 'bedroom'. You also had to pay separately for the air conditioning, which was not included in the price. In the vicinity there was not much to do. You really had to drive great distances if you wanted to see something like the big cities of Zadar and Split. And large supermarkets were also not around. The closest Lidl was about 40 km. But in Karlobag, a slightly larger place than Ribarica, you still had some restaurants and providers of fun activities such as, a boat trip and a trip with a submarine.
