Tennisplatz liegt gleich gegenüber und auch der Pool in der Anlage ist nur einige Schritte entfernt. Wir waren mit 2 Erw., 2 Kindern & Hund da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 1* Abzug, da es im August sehr heiß war und die Schlafzimmer unterm Dach nicht klimatisiert sind. Außerdem wären Mückengitter an den Fenstern schön. Ansonsten alles sehr schön und empfehlenswert!

Tennis court is just across the street and also the pool in the area is only a few steps away. We were with 2 adults, 2 children & dog and we loved it. 1 star less, as it was very hot in August and the bedrooms under the roof are not air-conditioned. In addition, mosquito nets on the windows would be nice. Otherwise everything was very nice and recommended!
C'est notre troisième séjour à la Casa Rosa et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés. La maison est très belle et nous aimons sa rusticité authentique. L'emplacement isolé, sans aucun voisins à proximité et la vue que nous avons font partie des charmes que nous apprécions tout particulièrement. Le propriétaire est charmant.

Il y a un escalier en pierre, pour accéder aux chambres et pièces à vivre qui est un peu raide et sans doute peu adapté pour des personnes à la mobilité réduite.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] This is our third stay at Casa Rosa and we are still delighted. The house is very beautiful and we like its authentic rusticity. The secluded location, with no nearby neighbors and the view we have are part of the charms that we particularly appreciate. The owner is charming.
Some information for possible future renters:
There is a stone staircase, to access the rooms and living rooms which is a bit steep and probably not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We love it, and we'll come back.
We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful villa. The villa is clean, specious and well equipped. The property is nicely maintained with trees and a lots of plants. The sunsets seen from the villa are unforgettable.
The pool area is also great and we enjoyed the pool itself as well especially the kids.
The only disadvantage is the long rough and sometimes quite steep road from the nearest city leading to the house. But we made it also with a regular car but with a SUV it would be much easier.
It was a wonderful stay. Sending thanks the owners and the garden keeper.

Accueil agréable de toute l'équipe dont Simone et à l'écoute, l'appartement était bien équipé et très propre avec de gentille attention ( bouteille de vin, jolie nappe, savonnette, potager, laverie gratuite à disposition,..). Très joli cadre bien entretenu avec de belles vues sur la campagne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir avec nos adolescents.

Very nice, well maintained setting with beautiful views of the countryside. We had a great time and will come back with great pleasure with our teenagers.
17 of us stayed for a week mid August. Weather was 30-35 degrees. The villa is impressive, the accommodation is spacious and the views are magnificent. It is very well located for Cortona, vineyards and Siena, San Gimi and further afield. The host, Isolina, is an absolute gem and is very helpful for suggestions. We recommend guests have at least one home breakfast and one dinner. Understand some of the rooms will be updated soon. Careful of using the expensive air conditioning. We throughly recommend this villa for a large group.

au deuxième une sdb une chambre où 2 lits peuvent faire un lit matrimonial et 2 chambres avec un lit simple
L internet fonctionne bien

La décoration est classique mais conviviale L acceui à été très sympatique
Il y a pas mal de choses à voir dans la région Bref l endroit idéal pour passer des vacances !

I cannot say enough about this property and the service that was provided. I house and grounds are impeccable. The swimming pool is clean, very attractive. For the most part we had it to ourselves. Alessandra, who managed the property was very attentive and helpful. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. We agreed that we would return and I am recommending the place to a friend who is getting married. Thank you for a lovely stay.
