Wir (Familie, vier Erwachsene, ein Kind) hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Großzügige Zimmer und ein schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Überdachter Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr ruhig gelegen, nur gut fünf Autominuten bis Landeck. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war super nett, hat sich bei Bedarf sofort gekümmert. Ein paar Mal haben wir frischen Salat aus ihrem Garten bekommen. Wir könne diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Spacious rooms and a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. Covered parking in front of the house. Very quiet location, just a five-minute drive from Landeck. Great excursion destinations nearby. The landlady was super nice and immediately took care of any needs. A couple of times we were given fresh salad from her garden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
Einziger Minuspunkt - das blaue Sofa im oberen Bereich. Es ist zum Schlafen aus unserer Sicht zu hart. Das gelbe Sofa im unteren Bereich bietet dagegen alternativ einen besseren Schlafkomfort.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment genau der Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht haben. Alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin ist bezaubernd, super aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, interessiert, aber nie aufdringlich. Gerade durch sie hat der Urlaub das gewisse Etwas gehabt. Der Pool ist super, wird täglich gereinigt. Der Blick auf den See ist atemberaubend. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in erreichbarer Nähe, da kann man auch gut die Vermieterin fragen, ansonsten ist nichts touristisch überlaufen, man lernt Italien und kennen und kann schöne Begegnungen haben. Die Wohnung bleibt, wenn man nachts lüftet, tagsüber angenehm kühl, auch wenn draußen über 30 Grad sind. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Und auch unter der Terrasse lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und in dem fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurant im Ort an mehreren Abenden lecker gegessen, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den See. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Gerade, wenn man es gerne gemütlich und ruhig hat im Urlaub: perfekt!

The landlady is charming, incredibly attentive, helpful, and interested, but never intrusive. She was the one who gave the vacation that special something. The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily. The view of the lake is breathtaking. There are plenty of excursions within easy reach, and you can easily ask the landlady for recommendations. Otherwise, it's not overrun with tourists; you get to know Italy and have some lovely encounters. If you air out the apartment at night, it stays pleasantly cool during the day, even when it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering. And it's also very comfortable to relax on the terrace. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed delicious meals several evenings at the restaurant in town, which is within walking distance and also has a view of the lake. We would love to come back! Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit fünf Personen (zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder) und einem Hund bewohnt. Die Größe der Wohnung war für uns eher grenzwertig, besonders die Küche war klein und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts war die Spülmaschine defekt, was aber nach Meldung an die zuständigen Personen schnell behoben wurde – sie wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Der Pool war hervorragend gepflegt, sauber und Teil einer insgesamt sehr schönen Anlage. Die Lage der Wohnung war praktisch: Nähe zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Sparmarkt und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Das Auto konnte sicher hinter abschließbaren Toren geparkt werden. Weniger schön war die starke Insektenbelastung, insbesondere durch Bremsen, sodass längeres Sitzen auf der Terrasse leider schwierig war.
