Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen, sauberen und komfortablen Ferienwohnung mit Innenhof sehr genossen. Das Büro zur Anmeldung hatten wir endlich dann beim Parkplatz von Leclerc gefunden, die Damen dort waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Manchmal mussten wir morgens in der Wohnung frühstücken weil draußen die Papierfabrik zu intensiv "duftete", aber Mimizan ist trotzdem ein wunderbarer Ort mit sehr schönen Stränden.

Sometimes we had to have breakfast in the apartment in the mornings because the paper mill “smelled” too much outside, but Mimizan is still a wonderful place with very beautiful beaches.
Ein wunderbares Haus und sehr nette Vermieter.
In der Wohnung war alles, was man fuer einen Urlaub braucht, vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr sauber und fuer jede Wohnung sind extra ausgewiesene Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Es gibt einen extra Sitzbereich vor der Wohnung mit grossem Tisch, vier Stuehlen und Sonnenschirm. Ebenfalls stehen zwei Liegestuehle bereit.
Der Aussensitzbereich liegt umgeben von Pfanzen, die allerdings auch Insekten beherbergen. Wer empfindlich auf Insektenstiche (Muecken und Bremsen) reagiert, sollte unbedingt Insektenschutz mitbringen.
Die Anlage liegt inmitten der Weinberge und Olivenhaine. Bei den sehr herzlichen Vermietern kann man Wein, Olivenoel, Honig, Nudeln und Getreideprodukte (alles aus eigenen Anbau) kaufen.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.

Everything you need for a vacation was available in the apartment. The pool was very clean and there were specially designated loungers and umbrellas for each apartment. There is an extra seating area in front of the apartment with a large table, four chairs and a parasol. Two deck chairs are also available.
The outdoor seating area is surrounded by plants, which, however, also harbor insects. Those who are sensitive to insect bites (mosquitoes and horseflies) should definitely bring insect repellent.
The facility is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. You can buy wine, olive oil, honey, pasta and cereal products (all from their own cultivation) from the very cordial landlords.
We had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable.
Casa bellissima con vista sul lago spettacolare ,i proprietari squisiti molto disponibili..hanno accettato i nostri cani 3 dobermann e un lupo cecoslovacco (i nostri cani sono addestrati ed educati ,non hanno recato nessun danno alla proprietà) consiglio questo luogo strategico per visitare le città circostanti...piscina bellissima..

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war wie beschrieben in einem Top Zustand. Die Gegend ist ländlich, aber man kann trotzdem alles sehr gut und schnell erreichen.

Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben und steht in einem schönen, ruhigen Ort. Der Panoramablick auf Lugano ist Tag und Nacht ein Genuss. Auf die Terrasse und Garten kann man ausruhen, Sonne auftanken und ist man für sich allein.
Das Haus ist sauber, einfach, herzlich eingerichtet. Es hat ein WC mit Lavabo und ein WC mit Dusche und Lavabo, neu renoviert. Die Küche ist mit das nötigste gerüstet .
Wir haben unsere Ferien in Casa Carlo sehr genossen.
