I really loved this property. Pool area was well furnished and maintained daily throughout the stay. bedrooms were very comfortable. The owner was very kind and generous. they even offered fresh veggies from the garden. I really appreciated their behavior. Some trails nearby were very beautiful, what a pity there were mosquitos during first week of august

Beautiful property maintained to the highest standards. The location is so private and quiet. The reception from Claudia and Leonardo, our hosts was super. Really nice people couldn’t do enough for you yet allowed you to chill and enjoy the stay in a friendly way. Would we go again? Absolutely. Lovely Villa, beautiful views and exceptionally clean. The villa is a little dated and the beds weren’t the comfiest. Lucca and his wife were amazing hosts and extremely helpful. The villa was a little too remote for us but if that’s what you want, this place is perfect but you do need a good car for the 1 mile off road approach! Sadly the sun leaves the villa at around 5pm which for sun lovers like us was a disappointment but not a lot you can do about that!!!!
Es ist eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht über den See. Die nah am Grundstück enlangführende Eisenbahnlinie hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Das komplett eingezäunte, große Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt geeignet für Ferien mit dem Hund. Gefehlt haben uns nur Insektenschutz-Fenster. Trotzdem können wir das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es auch erneut selbst nutzen.

The railway line running close to the property didn't bother us at all. The completely fenced, large property is very well maintained and perfect for holidays with the dog. We only missed insect screen on windows. Nevertheless, we can unreservedly recommend the property and would use it again ourselves.
Nice and clean apartment with a lot of room. In the garden there is a great view where you can see San Gimignano. If you cross the street there is a swimming pool with also nice views over the hills of Toscany.
