devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo, dal servizio prenotazioni a quello di supporto durante la nostra permanenza.
La casa rispecchiava in pieno le nostre esigenze e si presentava pulita ed in ordine e dotata di ogni comfort possibile.
Nulla da eccepire, siamo stati benissimo, e non mancheremo di prendere in considerazione la possibilità di fare un'altra vacanza.

La struttura è molto bella, più bella che in foto.
Ideale per una vacanza in gruppo con amici e parenti dove i vari utenti possono avere tutta la privacy necessaria, la struttura lo permette grazie ai suoi grandi spazi.
La piscina molto bella e tutto lo spazio ben curato!
Gli unici aspetti da migliorare sono 3:
1. Migliorare impianto Wi-Fi tutti gli utenti abbiamo avuto scarsa o inesistente ricezione, in tutte le camere della Villa un aspetto importante perché i vari operatori italiani non hanno ricezione dati in villa quindi il Wi-Fi diventa necessario.
2. Aumentare illuminazione per le ore serali di fronte la cucina principale dove c’è il tavolo grande in giardino, quando si mangia è molto buio i due lampioni laterali non sono sufficienti.
3. Rinnovare il canneto del gazebo in piscina per offrire maggiori zone di ombra purtroppo filtra il sole ed essendo stati in 10 utenti, i 3 ombrelloni erano insufficienti.
Per il resto una vacanza da sogno, in mezzo alla natura, e in una posizione strategica per fare varie gite nei dintorni.

The only aspects to improve are 3:
1. Improve the Wi-Fi system all users have had poor or non-existent reception, in all the rooms of the Villa an important aspect because the various Italian operators do not have data reception in the villa, therefore Wi-Fi becomes necessary.
2. Increase lighting for the evening hours in front of the main kitchen where there is a large table in the garden, when eating it is very dark, the two side lamps are not enough.
3. Renew the reeds of the gazebo at the pool to offer more areas of shade - unfortunately it filters the sun and having been in 10 users, the 3 umbrellas were insufficient.
For the rest, a dream vacation, surrounded by nature, and in a strategic position to make various trips in the surrounding area.
We had a very nice time in Rocca flat. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed a lot the garden and the pool. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. It was a good choice staying here. We can only recommend.
Location splendida con spazi molto ampi e sempre curati: la villa é immersa nella quiete della natura ma allo stesso tempo permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali località turistiche come Siena,Arezzo,Montepulciano,Pienza,Assisi e Perugia.
I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti,gentili e disponibili durante tutta la durata del soggiorno.
La struttura è ben attrezzata in ogni suo spazio,dalla piscina(sempre pulita) al posto auto coperto.
Consiglio questa location a chiunque per una vacanza in totale relax.

L’appartement est bien situé et dans une belle résidence calme .
Bien pourvu pour les .WC et toilettes, cuisine ok à part un réfrigérateur ne produisant pas assez de froid , un étendoir à linge rouillé, Et le couchage du canapé lit un peu limite ( trop mou pour un adulte).
Mais terrasse sympathique et bons volumes de pièces.
