Das einstöckige Haus mit leichter Hanglage und einem kleinen Bach hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Platzangebot ist für zwei bis drei Personen voll ausreichend. Im EG sind Dusche und die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnküche. Im ersten Stock mit Mansarde das Schlafzimmer und die Gästetoilette. Die Raumgrößen sind sehr gut. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Kern der Ortschaft liegen in einem kleinen Tal. In Chissay-en-touraine macht es Spaß kleine Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Die örtliche Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge z.B. nach Amboise, Chamont, Loches. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vor der Eingangstüre ist natürlich auch sehr gut. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr wenig befahren. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

The landlord couple is very friendly and helpful. The house and the center of the village are in a small valley. In Chissay-en-touraine it is fun to go on short hikes. The local location is very good for excursions e.g. to Amboise, Chamont, Loches. The parking lot on the property in front of the entrance door is of course also very good. Wonderful relaxing experience. Stefano, our host was there everyday maintaining the property and providing info for area attractions and anything we needed. We needed nothing. The property is well maintained. Our travel group will return.

Im ersten Moment sieht alles super aus. Es ist jedoch sparsam ausgestattet. Z. B. Sind nur 4 Eierloeffel da. Es gibt keine Auflagen fuer die Sonnenliegen, keine Geschirrtuecher. Die Sauberkeit im Bad u. dem Besteck/Geschirr ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten alles von Hand spülen, da die Spuelmaschine trotz nachgefülltem Klarspueler etc. nicht richtig funktionierte. Fuers Bad kam der Putztrup der Verwaltung nochmal. Die Sitzmoeglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer sind total durchgesessen. Eigener Stellplatz sowie der Safe nicht nutzbar.

A wonderful place to relax in Tuscany!! Casa Cervognano is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with lovely views of the countryside-you can't get much more Tuscan than this!! The house is small, snug and cosy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc and the owners left us some supplies (milk, coffe, tea, wine etc) which was a lovely surprise. They also have a range of wines available in the house, which you can pay for at the end of your stay.
The garden area is well-kept and spacious and there's an outdoor BBQ. The pool and jacuzzi are just lovely. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and the owner came to sort it out straight away.
Casa Cervognano is just 3km from Montepulciano and strategically situated for visiting local places of interest including Chiusi, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
Due to a family crisis, we had to leave unexpectedly and Emanuela and her husband arrived immediately to let us check-out and were very kind.

Een van de mooiste plekken die wij in Toscane hebben bezocht. Van te voren werd er door Lorenzo en Martina al heel netjes contact gezocht over de aankomst tijd! Eenmaal aangekomen wordt je heel hartelijk ontvangen en krijg je een perfecte uitleg over alles op het terrein. Een mooi verhaal hoe ze het oude pand helemaal gerenoveerd hebben.. alles ziet er daadwerkelijk prachtig uit in het huisje. In de tuin heb je een eigen plekje met daarop ligstoelen en een eettafel in de schaduw daarnaast heb je ook nog privé bedden aan het prachtig gelegen zwembad! Met een adembenemend uitzicht rondom de valleien en plaatsjes! De service en betrokkenheid die Lorenzo en Martina bieden is het toppunt van gastvrijheid. Lorenzo die onderhoud een groentetuin waar de gasten gratis van mogen plukken en eten! Daarnaast hebben ze een goede kennis van de omgeving en de dingen die er te doen zijn.

In the garden you have your own spot with sun loungers and a dining table in the shade, in addition, you also have private beds at the beautifully situated swimming pool!
