Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach super. Es ist super geeignet für Kinder und für Erwachsene. Das Wasser am Anfang ist sehr flach und klar. Auf der Terrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar gut ausgestattet und sauber, jedoch sind die Sanitäranlagen sehr altmodisch, sowie wie die Küche. Aber wenn man eh ganzen Tag draußen ist, stört es nicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste aus anderen Wohnungen stören auch nicht weil die Eingänge und Terrassen an verschiedenen Stellen des Hauses sind. Den Gasgrill muss man sich teilen, aber auch das war nicht schlimm. Ein Restaurant ist in direkter Nähe und sehr kleines Geschäft wo man das nötigste kaufen kann, ist auch nicht weit.

On the terrace you have a beautiful view. The flat is well equipped and clean, but the sanitary facilities are very old-fashioned, as is the kitchen. But if you are outside all day anyway, it doesn't bother you. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The guests from other flats are not disturbing because the entrances and terraces are in different parts of the house. The gas barbecue has to be shared, but that was not a problem either. There is a restaurant nearby and a very small shop where you can buy the most necessary things.
Uns hat das Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und ist auch nur 10 Minuten bis zur Stadt Omiš mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Strände dort in Omiš sind auch wirklich sehr schön. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage oder keine Waschmaschine - Dinge die für uns ganz sinnvoll wären. Außerdem sollte man bedenken dass das Haus alt ist und kulturell eingerichtet ist - wir fanden das schön aber es ist bestimmt nicht für jedermann.

Happy with our choice
Beautiful location and lovely traditional villa. Kirsten the host was very helpful without interfering. We had a few issues with water shortage and I would say a bed change/clean after week one would have been a nice inclusion. The facilities are good but not luxurious which is what you would expect from a more traditional villa. Overall minor issues during what was a lovely holiday. Many thanks.
Beautiful location with exceptional views & sunsets. I’ve never seen so many shooting stars or phenomenal lightning shows in the distance. The 5km drive to the villa on the dirt track is dusty & bone jarring. It is possible in a normal front wheel drive car but not pleasant. A rear wheel drive car would struggle. A 4x4 would be better equipped to deal with it.
Het is een mooi huis met een vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar.
Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt in het zwembad, die wij elke ochtend schoon aantroffen ( blaadjes uit het water ,bodem schoongemaakt enz).
Tevens is het huis een mooie uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar steden zoals Lucca, Pisa en Florence.
Kortom, wij komen zeker een keer terug.
