In der Wohnung selbst ist der Küchenbereich dürftig ausgestattet. Vielleicht üblich, wir haben keine anderen Erfahrungswerte, es fehlte eine gewisse Grundausstattung, z. B.: Salz, Pfeffer, Abfalltüten, Spültabs. Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, haben wir komplett gespült. Spülbürste und Schwamm waren unsauber. Wohn- und Schlafbereich waren sauber, Bettwäsche in Ordnung, ein weiterer Handtuchsatz wünschenswert.

In the apartment the kitchen is poorly equipped. Perhaps usual - we have no other experience - it lacked a certain basic equipment, such as: salt, pepper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs. The dishes were not clean, we have completely rinsed them. Brush and sponge were unclean. Living and sleeping area were clean, fine linen, and another set of towels desirable.
We loved our stay at Villa Pozza and would go back in a heartbeat! We went for our 50th wedding anniversary with our 2 children and their families - 10 of us.We all wished we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do near-by and it's also just the most beautiful town and villa to relax in.
Great location. Much closer to town than we thought. 5 minute walk to centre. But in the midst of vineyards and perfectly quiet. Modern amenities such as AC were a plus. Only issue we had was large number of bees, which became bothersome.
Casale Vittoria is an excellent option for family holidays.
Three individual apartments in the main building, one common zone (lunchroom, kitchen and bathroom) in a separate building, one confortable pool area and a very large garden zone surronded by horses.

Villa Fabbroni was our last stop in Italy and what a way to end our holiday. A big thank you to Stefano & Sergio the owners of the Villa. They were most helpful and quite generous with their time. Wonderful architecture and surrounding scenery. Recommend for those for whom climbing slopes and stairs is not an issue. Great for healthy folks - a bit strenuous for elderly or extremely unfit folks. Great staff, clean, pool is a plus in summer. Lack of A/C not an issue for us in August - great ventilation/breeze throughout evening. Low humidity in Tuscany and large high/low temp difference between day and night.
