Villa Nyåker is a high quality rental villa that is well suited for vacations, meetings or representation in the wonderful scenery of the Gulf of Finland.
70 km east of Helsinki, Suomenlahti 50 m, soft mud bottom, boat ramp, swimming steps from the pier, rowing boat. You can ask the owner about renting kayaks and sup boards.
Wooden villa 2015, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two beds, one bed in the living room (passage to the washrooms). Bathroom with two showers and a toilet, sauna with electic stove, a separate toilet. Partially covered large terrace.
The separate wooden heated beach sauna (completely renovated and expanded in 2020) has an atmospheric sauna room with an unobstructed view directly to the sea. The distance from the sauna to the sea is approx. 20 m. In the sauna building, there is a separate toilet, a shower in the sauna and underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor. Sound system for listening to music in the sauna room and outside the sauna building. In front of the saun is a terrace. In connection with the beach sauna, there is a separate dressing room/bedroom. Upstairs there are three beds.
On the beach sauna thre is available a hot tube for an additional fee, rental possiblity during April 1. - 30.11. The price of the hot tube is 285 euros/ week. The customer takes care of filling and heating the hot tub according to the instructions given. Payment is agreed directly with the owner. You can also ask the owner about kayaks and sup boards for rent.

Il comprend un dressing avec canapé-lit et une petite kitchenette, une salle de douche, un hammam avec poêle à bois, et une pièce en mezzanine avec matelas accessible par un escalier raide à ouvrir, convenant principalement aux enfants. Le bâtiment de sauna ouvre sur de vastes terrasses idéales pour les rassemblements et la détente. Sur la terrasse du sauna, une baignoire hydromassante extérieure est disponible à la location et peut être utilisée toute l'année. This magnificent 180 m² round log villa, built in 2006, provides the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations and relaxing holidays. Additionally, a separate 50 m² guest cabin offers ample extra space for accommodation. The villa's spacious and atmospheric interiors, combined with its natural surroundings, make it an ideal venue for family celebrations, corporate events, or weekend getaways. Dining tables can be combined, seating up to 18 guests comfortably around one table.
The location is excellent – less than an hour’s drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area. Catering services are available upon request, and a relaxing hot tub is included in the rental price, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration and time together without worrying about practical arrangements.
The villa features a living room/kitchen, two separate WCs, three bedrooms with six separate beds, and one bunk bed. Upstairs, there are three bunk beds. Downstairs you'll find sauna facilities, including a dressing room, two showers, and an electric sauna.

A cozy cabin (195 m²) by the sea. The cabin features a spacious living room, a large dining area accommodating 14 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace room boasts a warm ambiance with a heat-retaining fireplace.
The bathroom includes 3 showers. A spacious sauna features an electric sauna stove.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with three beds. On the upper floor, three bedrooms. Upper floor bedroom 1: 2 beds, Bedroom 2: 3 beds, Bedroom 3: 3 beds. Additionally, one bed in the upper floor hall. The cabin has a total of 15 beds.
A charcoal grill (client has to bring his own barbeque coals.) and garden furniture are available on the terrace.
A highchair and a travel crib are available upon advance request at no extra charge.
Pets are allowed but are not permitted on sofas or beds. If pets relieve themselves in the yard, the tenant must clean up after them.

A 150 m² lakeside sauna can be rented separately from April to September, only for full-day use. There are two hot tubs and two spacious saunas, both of which have their own washroom, and a shared spacious living room and small kitchen.
