Wooden villa 2023, 160 m² spacious living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, loft with two sleeping alcoves (no curtains) with two beds each and a toilet.
Sauna area with dressing room/sauna room, toilet, bathroom, wood stove in the sauna, hot tub on the terrace.
In the basement of the villa there is a 40 m² two-room apartment with its own entrance, which can be booked from the owner for an additional fee, starting at 200 e/weekend. This space has a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
There is a summer room in the yard with a gas grill. There is a kitchenette in the hut for cooking. A two-car carport, which also has an electric car charging facility, charging is included in the price.

Bâtiment sauna séparé avec éclairage électrique, toilettes et poêle à bois efficace. Grande villa sur un éperon rocheux élevé et ensoleillé, escaliers raides vers le rivage le long de la paroi rocheuse. Dans la cour de garage, cellier, bac à sable pour enfants et balançoires de jardin. Une partie de la maison a le chauffage au sol. Deux téléviseurs (un 37 "). Personne parlant russe disponible. Le propriétaire loue un moteur hors-bord (2,5 CV), prix 50 € / semaine en 2019 (le client apporte du carburant). À 46 km au sud de Mikkeli, lac Saimaa / Käenniemenselkä 15 m, fond de sable dur, en constante augmentation, jetée et bateau à rames. Chalet rustique en bois rond 1980, entièrement rénové 2019, séjour, cuisine, trois chambres (environ 11 m²) avec deux lits chacune, salle d'eau avec douche et WC, grande terrasse. Deux lits et un canapé-lit pour deux dans le grenier. Pompe à chaleur air. Sauna au bord du lac 1980/2019, vestiaire, sauna avec poêle à bois, douche et grande baie vitrée donnant sur le lac. Baignoire sur la terrasse peut être louée. Les frais de location sont de 50 euros / période de vacances. N'oubliez pas de remplir la baignoire selon les instructions avant de l'allumer. Il y a deux lits alternatifs dans l'entrepôt pendant l'été. Cette destination n'est pas disponible pour les groupes composés uniquement de personnes dont l'âge est inférieur à 25 ans. Remarque! L'eau du robinet ne répond pas aux normes de l'eau domestique, veuillez donc apporter de l'eau potable avec vous. Villa Moose est une villa de location de haute qualité pour des vacances confortables, même pour un groupe plus important. Dans la cour ensoleillée, vous pouvez jouer et vous amuser, le sauna au bord du lac est un endroit agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Il y a de bons terrains pour cueillir des baies et des champignons. Aussi, de bonnes eaux de pêche à proximité. Le point le plus profond du «puits Käenniemi» de Saimaa est à environ 5 km en bateau. Les peintures rupestres d'Astuvansalmi sont à environ 9 km en bateau, en voiture environ 48 km. Il y a une rampe de mise à l'eau dans l'intrigue, la pente est raide et la meilleure façon de lancer un bateau est de le faire avec une voiture à quatre roues motrices. Vous pouvez louer un hors-bord électrique auprès du propriétaire. Veuillez réserver le moteur hors-bord à l'avance et vérifier le rayon de fonctionnement.
