Villa Karhenhelmi is a high-quality villa located in Karhe, Ylöjärvi, by the shores of Lake Karhejärvi, 35 km northwest of Tampere. This modern villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For a peaceful night's sleep, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of seven high-quality beds (plus a baby crib) and a sauna's living area with a sofa bed for two. A spacious 80 m² terrace crowns a hydro massage bath, the use of which is included in the rental price.
Lake Karhejärvi is rich in fish, and preparing your catch – such as pike-perch, pike, or perch – on the villa’s gas grill is a delightful experience. A fishing permit for the lake is included in the rent. During the summer, the best way to explore the scenery is from the lake, using the rowing boat or the two SUP boards provided as part of the rental. Guests also have free access to a large trampoline. Additionally, the owner offers two e-bikes for rent upon request.

Located 62 km north of Tampere, 30 m from Lake Näsijärvi, rapidly deepening sandy beach, own rowing boat (rent includes a 2.5 hp outboard motor), a pier, and a spacious terrace by the lake.
The log villa, built in 2006, features a spacious living room, dining area, and combined living room/kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two more guests.
The villa also includes a separate WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with two showers, and combined dressing/utility room with access to a terrace. At the other end of the villa, a separate glazed terrace leads to a larger outdoor terrace.

A round log cabin built in 2001, located in Haveri Holiday Village in Viljakkala, Ylöjärvi. Kyrösjärvi Lake is 250 meters away via road, with a shared beach available for guests. A rowing boat is available for common use at the beach for guests of the Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano cabins.
The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch.
The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC, and a balcony.
The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

Maximum 1 animal/ chien autorisé. Cabane élégante en rondins sur deux étages, reconstruite à partir de vieux rondins de grange. Cette cabane convient bien pour des vacances toute l'année. 87 km au nord de Tampere (20 km au sud de Virrat), lac Näsijärvi à 100 m, plage commune, fond de sable peu profond, restauré au printemps 2022. Ponton de baignade, bateau à usage commun. Cabane en rondins sur deux étages, construite en 1991, séjour spacieux, WC, un autre WC à l'étage avec douche, trois chambres. Chambre 1 : trois lits, chambre 2 : deux lits et un lit d'appoint (lit supérieur ou lit superposé), chambre 3 : deux lits. La cabine a plus de lits, cependant, le nombre maximum d'invités est de huit personnes. D'autres lits sont à usage alternatif. Il n'y a pas de sauna propre dans la cabine, mais il y a un bord de lac sur la plage (distance 100 m) avec un quart de sauna quotidien par cabine. Stylishly decorated and well-equipped cabin in a peaceful location by Lake Tarjanne. The spacious terraces and beautiful interior create a wonderful setting for enjoying a cabin holiday. The sun shines all day on different parts of the yard. The large terrace surrounding the cabin features several outdoor furniture sets. There is a whirlpool on the terrace, offering a lovely view of Lake.
Located 116 km north of Tampere, with Lake Tarjanne just 35 m away, the area has a rapidly deepening gravel bottom, a dock, and a private rowing boat. This log cabin (built in 2021) includes a spacious living room/combined kitchen/living room, a large dining area with seating for eight people, a fireplace, a TV, and a seating group. The cabin has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra mattress for two (140x200 cm). The cabin also features a utility room. The sauna has both a wood-burning and an electric stove. The bathroom includes two showers.

A large former logging camp located on the banks of the Liesijoki River, next to Seitseminen National Park, 56 km north of Tampere. The original cabin was built by Kalle Päätalo, but the main building burned down and was later replaced with a new one. The stable building constructed by Kalle Päätalo still remains. The house was fully renovated in 2021, and the riverside sauna was renovated in the spring of 2022.
This spacious rental cabin has four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two beds and a bunk bed for two, the second has five bunk beds accommodating 11 people, the third has two bunk beds for five people, and the fourth has two beds. The fireplace/TV room features one bunk bed for two and a corner sofa. The updated kitchen and large dining/living area can accommodate the entire group to eat together. There are 2 indoor WCs and 2 showers.
By the river, there is an atmospheric wood-heated sauna with a washing area with two showers, a fireplace room, and a large terrace extending over the river.
There is a dock for swimming, but no boat is provided. The rocky, flowing riverbank is unsuitable for small children. Approx. 1.5 km away, there is a swimming area with a beautiful sandy beach and a lean-to shelter, shared with three cabins at Alainen-Särkilampi pond.
The property also includes the old stable building, Kallen Talli 17367. By renting this additional cabin, the two properties can accommodate up to 34 people.
