57 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Kaita 900 m (length 9 km, width 0.5 km), shared beach with a firm, gently sloping sandy bottom, shared pier. Rowing boats, canoes, and SUP boards are available for rent from the owner.
Log villa built in 2011. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with WC and shower, electric sauna. Covered porch.
The upper floor has one bed in the hall, a WC, and a bedroom with two single beds.

33 km à l'est de Savonlinna, lac Saimaa / Puruvesi 40 m, fond sablonneux dur et en pente douce, propre bateau. Maison en bois 1940, rénovée en 2000, cuisine, une chambre avec deux lits, une chambre avec un lit double, une chambre avec lit convertible, une petite salle de bain avec baignoire et WC, 2 entrées et sorties, au sous-sol lave-linge et congélateur. Sauna au bord du lac 1972, surface rénovée 2004, 30 m², sauna, buanderie avec chaudron (pas de douche dans le sauna au bord du lac), séjour avec cheminée, eau courante froide, terrasse. Bûcher, WC extérieur, rangement. La maison est située sur une ancienne zone de garnison, donc les voisins (5 maisons, résidents permanents dans 3 maisons) sont juste à côté. Chacun a sa propre cour, sa plage, sa jetée et son sauna au bord du lac. Belle et tranquille cour de 3700 m² avec pelouse, pins, plantes, buissons. Les chambres sont spacieuses et hautes, dans chaque pièce à l'ancienne "four cheminée", soit un total de 4 pièces. Dans la cuisine il y a un poêle à bois. La maison est en bon état, joliment décorée. Merveilleuse longue plage de sable, idéale pour les petits enfants. La plage a des bancs et une table, ainsi qu'un barbecue en brique. Un chemin voisin passe en bordure de parcelle jusqu'à la plage, mais il est très peu utilisé. Bonnes eaux de pêche , perches, brochets, corégones, truites. Le propriétaire loue du matériel de pêche. Église en bois de Kerimäki à 11 km, Herttua (hôtel et spa) à 15 km, Savonlinna, château d'Olavinlinna à 33 km, réserve naturelle d'Hytermänsaari à 20 km, parcours de golf de Kerimaa à 20 km, Lusto à 35 km, aéroport à 30 km, Kitee Zoo à 50 km.
