The holiday rental apartment "Il Centro" is located in Camaiore, and as the name implies, it is located in the center of the city in an easily accessible street.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way.
It is located just 8.3 km from the sea of Versilia, in Lido di Camaiore, and therefore also an excellent starting point for a beach holiday and enjoying the streets of Camaiore with its bars and restaurants in the evening. The area around Camaiore is hilly and very green and together with its various villages, such as Casoli, Nocchi and Buchignano, it is very suitable for pleasant walks in nature. Candalla with its waterfalls is a good example.
The city also offers glimpses from a cultural point of view, such as the magnificent Badia di San Pietro or the museum of sacred art.
The holiday apartment is located in a small building, of only two apartments, on the first floor and is divided as follows:
- Bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning.
- Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning and exit to a terrace of the internal courtyard.
- Kitchen with breakfast table, 4 cooking fires, fridge/freezer, American coffee machine, toaster and oven.
- Bathroom with shower.
The whole apartment is covered by WiFi Internet.
The car can be parked in the nearby for payment parking lot or at 150 meters the free one.
Under the house there is a bar and pastry shop and a launderette nearby.

Situé au cœur de Viareggio en Italie, cet immeuble d'appartements offre une base de vacances bien connectée sur la côte toscane. La propriété ne dispose pas d'ascenseur, et une partie du bâtiment reste fermée et inoccupée pendant les séjours.
Espaces extérieurs
L'environnement extérieur reflète le charme du quartier résidentiel, où les rues et espaces verts du district des villas de Viareggio créent une atmosphère agréable et tranquille à quelques pas du centre-ville animé. Le parc Pineta di Ponente se trouve à proximité et la lisière de la forêt est à 2 km, offrant des sentiers ombragés et une retraite naturelle loin de l'agitation de la ville. La plage de sable de Viareggio est accessible à 800 m, tout comme la piste cyclable à 700 m et l'espace de baignade public situé à la même distance.
