A 15 km au sud de Porvoo, Golfe de Finlande 30 m, fond argileux sablé assez peu profond, mais dès le bout de la jetée l'eau est déjà profonde. Pas de bateau inclus dans le prix, mais un bateau à moteur peut être loué. Villa en bois 2000, séjour-cuisine, chambre avec lit double, salle d'eau/WC, sauna (cuisinière électrique), hall, terrasse vitrée (la verrière face mer peut s'ouvrir complètement). Il y a une cheminée sur la terrasse. Laveuse et sécheuse dans la chambre derrière le placard. Chauffage au sol dans la chambre et salle d'eau/wc. Pompe à chaleur aérothermique. L'énergie solaire est également utilisée pour chauffer la villa. Notez ! Il y a aussi un poêle à bois (appelé Aito-kiuas, le chauffage demande de l'expérience) dans le sauna. Aitokiuas est uniquement disponible le jour de l'arrivée. Le propriétaire le chauffe si le client effectue une pré-réservation au moins une semaine avant le début des vacances. This charming log cabin is located on the banks of the Kymi River, just 3 km from the village of Pyhtää.
The cabin features two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor, both furnished with double beds. The living room/kitchen includes a sofa bed that accommodates two guests. Additionally, the loft has a 140 cm wide mattress. However, the cabin is rented out for a maximum of 6 guests. The wood-heated sauna provides a soothing and relaxing steam experience. The dressing room includes a WC and a washing machine.
The air source heat pump ensures warmth in winter and cooling in summer as needed.
The terrace features a gas grill, perfect for preparing meals such as post-sauna snacks. You can also take a refreshing dip in the Kymi River. The swimming area has a soft, gently deepening bottom, and you can access the water from the dock.
