Cozy and warmly decorated wooden apartment near the center of Rauma and the Old Rauma. This property is ideal for a few days' stay or a longer visit. Services and attractions are close by, and you can prepare meals in the comfortable apartment according to your own schedule.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area for four, and sufficient dishes.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower.
The living room features a sofa, chair, wardrobe, large flat-screen TV, and a soundbar that allows for Bluetooth music playback. There is also a desk in the living room, along with a sleeping area separated by a slatted wall, which has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The sofa includes an additional bed for one, measuring 70 x 190 cm.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The price includes bed linens for the double bed. Bed linens for the sofa bed are also included, but the renter will need to make it up himself/herself if necessary.

Barbecue au charbon de bois en brique dans la cour. A l'étage salon (plafond bas), chambre avec 2 lits. Villa moderne dans un terrain plat et lumineux. Il y a une route de chalet (menant à quelques chalets) entre la villa et la plage qui appartient au voisin. La plage est adaptée aux petits enfants. Säkylä et port de pêche à 8 km, Circuit Alastaro à 15 km, Yläne Luontokapinetti à 15 km, Huittinen à 30 km, Parcs nationaux à 35 km, Turku et Naantali à 85 km. There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.

Lukupirtti is a modern, well-equipped cabin with a cozy interior. The lakeside sauna of the cabin is atmospheric, and on the sauna's terrace, there is a wood-heated tub with a lake view. Lukupirtti is situated in a peaceful area, and tenants are expected to behave undisturbedly.
70 km to the north from Turku, Lake Pyhäjärvi 30 m, shallow sandy riverbank, a small pier, and a rowing boat. Wooden cabin (built in 2021), combined living room and kitchen, two bedrooms; one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed where the lower bed is 160 x 200 cm and the upper bed is 140 x 200 cm. The living room has a sofa bed that can be extended to a size of 140 x 190 cm. The cabin also features a utility room with a washing machine and WC/shower room with two showers. The living room has an air-source heat pump for cooling/heating.
The lakeside sauna has a separate room with its own water point and refrigerator. In the room, there is a bunk bed. The lower bed is 160 x 200 cm and the upper bed is 140 x 200 cm. The sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove, and from the sauna window, there is a view of the beach. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a wood-heated hot tub available for an extra fee.
