A 53 km à l'ouest de Rovaniemi, à 47 km à l'est de Pello, lac Raanujärvi 45 m (longueur 12 km, largeur 3 km), plage peu profonde, fond meuble, jetée, canot à rames. Chalet en bois rond, construit en 1997. Séjour/cuisine avec deux canapés-lits, à l'étage un lit double et deux lits simples (lits de 1 m de large), escalier raide vers le grenier, salle d'eau/toilette, terrasse couverte et balcon. Sauna au bord du lac avec hammam, dressing et terrasse. Le sauna a une lumière électrique. L'eau peut être pompée du lac en été, à d'autres moments l'eau doit être transportée avec un seau ou transportée en traîneau depuis la cabane (35 m). Il n'y a pas de sauna intérieur dans la cabine. Emplacement de feu de camp au bord du lac. Le lac Raanujärvi est idéal pour les amateurs de pêche. Espèces de poissons du lac : sandres, brochets et perches. De la cabane, vous pouvez également rejoindre facilement les grands lacs d'Ylitornio et Pello, tels que Iso-Vietonen et Miekojärvi. Sites de pêche au saumon de Tornionjoki à 50 km. Modern cabin with many amenities by a lake. Very peaceful place, no visual contact to the neighbors. Only 20 m to the beach!
43 km to the southeast from Pello, 60 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, lake Jolmalompolo 20 m, deep beach, sand bottom, rowing boat and pier. The distance to the opposite shore is 50 m, the length of the lake is 2.2 km. From lake Jolmalompolo, there is a water connection to the larger lake Raanujärvi, distance 600 m.
The cabin is built of planed logs, completed in 2022. Living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 beds, sauna and washroom/WC.

Käpälämäki offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature and tranquility of a large lake. This planed log cabin with insulated walls, built in 2000, is well-maintained, and cozy. Inner walls of the cabin are paneled. Situated on the shore of Lake Iso-Vietonen, 40 km from Pello and 70 km from Rovaniemi.
The beach has a sand bottom, making it child-friendly. The cabin rental price includes a rowing boat, and there's an option to rent a 4hp, 2-stroke outboard motor from the owner (the customers bring their own fuel).
The living room/kitchen has a sofa bed, providing a comfortable living area. There's a double bed in one bedroom, and in another, there's a pull-out bed and a separate bed, accommodating several guests. The bathroom has a shower and a WC.
The main building doesn't include a sauna, but there's a traditional Finnish sauna by the lake with a steam room and living area. The sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove and a cauldron heated by wood. Water for the sauna is fetched from the lake (or the main cabin). A newly built log cabin in a peaceful location with no visibility to neighbors.
43 km southeast of Pello and 60 km northwest of Rovaniemi. Lake Jolmalompolo 20 m, quickly deepening shore with sand bottom, rowing boat, and pier. From Lake Jolmalompolo, there is water access to the larger Lake Raanujärvi, approx. 600 m away.
The planed-log cabin was completed in 2025. It features a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), and a washroom/WC.
There is no sauna in the cabin. A lakeside sauna will be completed in summer 2026.
Dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Jolmankoski
