Le salon
L'entrée s'ouvre sur le séjour, avec la salle à manger et le salon avec salle de bain et vue sur la piscine.
La salle à manger a une grande table au centre pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et, en entrant, sur la droite, il y a un grand canapé en forme de L avec une table basse et un ensemble Smart TV (y compris SKY TV satellite et Netflix) dans la cheminée.
La pièce maîtresse de la maison, la cuisine, est entièrement équipée avec un îlot central pour la préparation des aliments il y a une plaque à induction avec hotte aspirante, évier, réfrigérateur et congélateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, bouilloire et four électrique.
Il existe également des ustensiles et des équipements séparés à utiliser en dehors de la piscine.
L'espace nuit
La zone de couchage est divisée en deux parties, depuis le salon, il est possible d'atteindre à la fois la Master Suite à gauche et à droite les trois suites restantes: Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un éclairage LED et de la climatisation gainable.
La Suite Clò Master, avec base en béton et matelas confortable, est double avec salle de bain privée à usage privé, elle est la seule à avoir un accès direct à la piscine mais dispose également d'un jacuzzi. La piscine mesure 11 mx 8 m (avec une profondeur allant de 0,3 à 1,5 m) et se trouve dans un jardin clos.
La chambre a des murs apparents et un lit double avec une tête de lit 2,40 x 1,90 et est équipée de draps, serviettes et quatre oreillers. Sur le côté du lit, il y a deux tables de chevet encastrées et à l'avant il y a les niches dans le mur pour l'armoire et la valise. La salle de bain qui y est reliée est complète avec double lavabo avec miroir, toilettes, bidet et douche.
Grande chambre avec panneau de verre donnant sur le bain à remous avec bouches de massage et vue sur le jardin et la piscine.
Depuis le salon également, le couloir avec puits de lumière muraux mène aux trois suites.
La première Suite Ni à gauche du salon a un lit avec une base en pierre et une tête de lit avec un matelas double, équipé de quatre oreillers, draps et serviettes avec une armoire intégrée dans le mur. Sur les côtés du lit, il y a deux tables de chevet construites en pierre locale et une niche / alcôve. Relié à la chambre, il y a une salle de bain avec douche, toilettes, lavabo simple et bidet avec fenêtre sur l'extérieur.
La 2ème Suite Ra est accessible depuis le couloir intérieur et depuis l'extérieur. Entièrement meublé avec un lit avec une base en pierre et une tête de lit. Le matelas double dispose de quatre oreillers, les draps et les serviettes sont fournis dans la salle de bain. Il y a une armoire intégrée rétractable. Relié à la suite, il y a une petite salle de bain avec douche, bidet, toilettes et lavabo simple.
De plus, la 3ème Mi Suite dispose d'un accès indépendant et extérieur depuis la cour et le couloir intérieur. A l'entrée, il y a un couloir qui relie la chambre et la salle de bain privée. La chambre a un lit avec une base et une tête de lit en pierre, un matelas double avec quatre oreillers, des draps et des serviettes. La petite salle de bain est complète avec douche, toilettes, bidet et lavabo simple.
L'extérieur - Villa Niraclò
La Villa Niraclò est une villa de location caractérisée par une grande piscine à débordement avec stérilisation au sel, de 8 m de long et 11 m de large, la profondeur varie de 0,3 m à 1,50 m.
