La propriété accueille jusqu'à 6 adultes et fait partie d'une petite résidence de 3 maisons, implantée dans un quartier calme et ensoleillé de villas à seulement 700 m de la mer. La maison est entourée d'une généreuse parcelle privée à l'état naturel, avec une pelouse bien entretenue et une cour qui invitent à la détente et à la vie en plein air.

Les espaces extérieurs de « Son Ganxo » offrent une expérience complète en plein air. Les terrains privés, conservés à l'état naturel avec une pelouse et une cour, constituent un cadre tranquille pour se détendre. La piscine angulaire, mesurant 7 x 3 m et accessible de manière saisonnière du 1er avril au 31 octobre, est régulièrement entretenue par le propriétaire ou le jardinier. Une douche extérieure est disponible à proximité pour se rincer après la baignade. L'extérieur comprend également un patio, une tonnelle et une pergola, créant des espaces ombragés et confortables pour profiter du climat méditerranéen tout au long de la journée. Overlooked the bay and beach of Sa Riera in Bergur, Villa Bellalta is a wonderful property with a direct access to the sea and a stunning sea view.
The spaces outside are really well organized with a partial covered terrace a grass garden a loung area with table and chairs for the dinners outside, relax areas, the BBQ and of course the infinity pool with deckchairs and a fantastic landascape on the Mediterranean sea, this is the perfect place for a refreshing bath after a sunny day.
Available for all the guests the paddle boards the stairs to go down at the beach, a paddle tennis course (paddle boards are available) light als in the night. The staff will be available (with an extra costa) to show you the Sa Riera beach by boat.
Moving inside directly from the large external terrace, there is the living room, with large glass windows from where to admire the outside, sofas , TV, the fireplace, a small indorr dining room and the open equipped, guest kitchen.
Villa Bellalta offers two kitchens including a saperated one reserved to cook and the other for the guests.

Villa Bacio is a 400m2 luxurious villa, in the area between San Augustin and San Antonio, in a plot of 2,500m2 with a small view of the sea in Bay of San Antonio.
There is a nice garden with grass, trees and Mediterranean plants a pool 12.5x5mt, with the possibility to be heated (an extra cost could be applied, it depend of the season) , a deck with sunbeds, covered terraces with sofa and chill area to relax admiring the sunset. Two barbecues with outdoor dining area, the property is completed fenced to guarantee the right privacy.
Villa Bacio is divided between the main house and a dependence.
A spacious living room with glass sliding doors, with TV, DVD, and the fireplace is connected with the fully equipped modern kitchen in an open space connected directly with the outside.
In the main complex there are 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathroom and king size bed, one is connected with the living room by sliding doors; the other two, via an outside corridor along the villa.
There is also, a bedroom with a private entrance on the lower floor, a terrace and the sea view.
