Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder. Hongantaka

Située à 24 km à l'ouest de Pori en Finlande, cette charmante maison de vacances en bois s'élève sur les rives de la mer Eteläselkä, partie de la mer de Selkämeri. Construite en 1960, la maison respire le caractère rustique et la chaleur. Elle comprend un séjour accueillant avec un canapé-lit de 115 cm de large, une alcôve avec un lit de 120 cm de large et un coin nuit avec un lit de 90 cm de large. Une pièce d'eau regroupe le lavabo et les toilettes, et la maison dispose également d'un sauna traditionnel à foyer ouvert, élément emblématique de la vie finlandaise. Un bâtiment annexe de 10 m² offre un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec un lit double de 160 cm de large.
Espaces extérieurs
Une terrasse couverte procure un espace abrité pour se détendre et profiter de l'air marin frais. Un barbecue à gaz est disponible pour la cuisson en plein air et les repas en extérieur. La maison se situe à seulement 30 m de la mer, avec des marches d'accès menant directement à l'eau. Le fond marin est vaseux et s'approfondit rapidement. Un bateau à rames est à disposition pour explorer les eaux calmes de la mer Eteläselkä. Un bain à remous peut être réservé en supplément.
Informations pratiques
Le bain à remous est disponible sur demande moyennant un supplément. Les hôtes sont responsables du remplissage, du chauffage et du nettoyage du bain à remous.

Pori, ville dynamique de la côte ouest finlandaise, se trouve à 24 km. La ville est connue pour sa vie culturelle riche, notamment le Festival de Jazz de Pori de renommée internationale. La villa bénéficie d'une position privilégiée à seulement 25 mètres de la mer de Botnie, le long du Hyvinluodonfäärtti, un détroit étroit et abrité aux eaux profondes, rocheuses et à fond argileux. Un grand ponton s'étend sur l'eau, offrant un accès direct pour la baignade, la pêche ou simplement profiter des vues côtières remarquables. Une barque à rames est à la disposition des hôtes pour explorer les voies navigables environnantes. La terrasse couverte constitue un espace de vie et de repas confortable en plein air. Un bâtiment séparé abrite une cuisine d'été équipée d'un grill, d'un fumoir et d'un poêle, idéale pour la cuisine en plein air et les réunions conviviales pendant les mois plus chauds. Ce bâtiment comprend également un séjour avec foyer et un canapé-lit, offrant un refuge supplémentaire douillet aux hôtes.
Informations pratiques
La villa est équipée d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Un sauna traditionnel chauffé au bois avec un grand foyer est disponible, ainsi qu'un hammam situé à l'étage supérieur, offrant une authentique expérience de sauna finlandais. À noter : pendant l'hiver, l'eau destinée au sauna chauffé au bois doit être transportée par seaux depuis une source située à environ 20 mètres. Le chauffage par le sol dans le dressing du sauna chauffé au bois n'est pas en service pendant la période hivernale.

La villa est située à environ 150 kilomètres au nord de Turku, l'une des villes les plus historiquement significatives et dynamiques de Finlande, connue pour son château médiéval, sa cathédrale et ses riches offres culturelles.
