Chalet indépendant, construit en 1998. Situé près du lac Nuasjärvi (20m). Superficie de 80 m², avec une cuisine, un coin repas, un salon avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur le lac Nuasjärvi. Deux chambres avec lits doubles (si besoin, lits séparés), WC, douche, sauna (cuisinière électrique). Deux petits greniers avec matelas - 4 places au total. Grenier : accès par échelle raide. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Plage privée à 80 m (plage : la dure, rocheuse), ponton/patio. Pendant l'été, site de feu de camp près de la plage. La cheminée est entourée de sièges en « formation rocheuse » naturelle. L'eau du robinet provient d'un forage et est ferreuse, elle peut donc présenter des défauts de couleur et de goût occasionnels. L'eau est étudiée et peut être utilisée comme eau potable. Le client peut apporter de l'eau potable à son arrivée s'il préfère boire de l'eau en bouteille. Le chalet est recommandé pour les personnes qui apprécient la nature et la biodiversité. Le chalet est bien adapté pour une si petite famille ou deux couples. Le terrain est rocheux et il y a une pente vers le rivage. L'itinéraire vers le rivage n'est pas adapté aux personnes handicapées. Il y a un patio sur la plage, idéal pour bronzer et dîner. Le soleil brille, à 12h, toute la journée. Nuasjärvi offre de très bonnes opportunités de pêche , à environ 400 mètres du chalet, on peut pêcher perches et brochets à la traîne ou avec des engins de pêche (attention : permis de pêche). This 56 m² single-storey apartment offers the ideal setting for an active holiday or unhurried relaxation.
A cozy and atmospheric living room-kitchen serves as the heart of the apartment, with a dining area for 4-5 people. A separate bedroom with 3 x 80 cm beds.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 guests if necessary (the bed is 140x200 cm when spread out). The folding beds can also be used as an alternative bed, e.g. for a child.
Separate toilet, washroom, sauna (with electric stove). There is a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The dressing room connected to the bedroom has storage space, and in addition, the spacious hallway has plenty of space for outdoor equipment.
