Welcome to enjoy a holiday or an extended stay at this unique seaside destination, nestled in a sheltered bay in Hujunperä, Kustavi. Completed in 2025.
The complex consists of a 96 m² main villa, a 14 m² guesthouse, and a 26 m² seaside sauna. This carefully designed ensemble invites you to relax and unwind. The main building, guesthouse, and the atmospheric sauna form a stylish and functional setting that combines modern comfort with the authentic spirit of the archipelago.
The cottage has a bright and spacious living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen and living room. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the west to the sea, especially the sunsets here are unparalleled. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining area create the perfect setting for social moments.
The villa features three bedrooms with sleeping space for six. The main bedroom includes a double bed (160×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm), and the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (upper bed 80 × 200 cm, lower bed 120×200 cm). All bedrooms are fitted with sound-insulated doors.
The guesthouse has two separate bedrooms. One room sleeps three with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The other room accommodates two guests in twin beds.
Just off the living room/kitchen, you’ll find a covered 38 m² terrace with a gas grill, a dining table with ten chairs, a small refrigerator, and a special feature: a retractable windscreen that can be raised from 1.0 m to 1.9 m to protect against sea breezes.
By the water’s edge, the traditional wood-heated sauna promises unforgettable experiences — direct sea views and a comfortable living area make every sauna session a delight. The sauna includes two separate showers and a WC. The cozy living area is equipped for longer stays. On the sauna terrace, you can cool off or relax in the hot tub, adding a luxurious touch to your stay.

A spacious mansion on a sunny plot on a rocky hill. The manor's kitchen, bedrooms and toilet are in a modern style. The interior of the hall has preserved the old dignity. In the yard there is a separate garden sauna and a barbecue hut.

Modern holiday home with high-quality equipment, built in the scenery of an old archipelago farm, respecting the traditions of the area. Also, a bigger boat can be moored on the pier. Quiet village road runs between the beach and the property.
25 km from Naantali, 40 km to the west from Turku, by Archipelagic Sea (Kainunsalmi), two-story country house built in 2003, completely renovated in 2021, located in the middle of the Livonsaari farm landscape.
The gently sloping plot is surrounded by rocky terrain on both sides. Beach in the direction of the morning sun (east), 50 m distance from the main building. Flat beach area, reeds on the beach, mud bottom, access to water from the pier.
The cabin has a well-equipped, large kitchen with a big heat-storing fireplace giving the atmosphere. The ground floor bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm). The upper floor bedroom has also single beds for two (90x200 cm). In addition, living room on the upper floor has sofa bed, which can be used as either a separate 80 cm wide bed or single 160 cm wide bed.
