This stunning holiday home was built in the 1930s and is set by
beautiful lake Allarp in Rörvik, in Småland. It features a wonderful
conservatory, with a view of the lake, and is an excellent base for
discovering all the exciting activities and destinations that Småland
has to offer!


The spacious house sleeps seven people in four bedrooms. There are two
bedrooms on the bottom floor and two on the second floor. Two of the
bedrooms feature double beds, the other bedrooms has single beds. The smaller single bedroom on the second floor next to the room with double bed, is a so called in-betweenroom.


The kitchen is light and airy and features a wood cooker as well as an
electric one. The kitchen opens onto the delightful veranda and on top
of the veranda theres a lovely glazed balcony, or conservatory with a
beautiful view of the surroundings. On the bottom floor you will find a
living room of 36 square metres as well as a TV-room. The bathroom
features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower.


Småland is known for its many beautiful lakes. If you enjoy fishing you can buy a fishing license for tourists, from the council of Sävsjö,
Sävsjö Kommun. It entitles you to a week of fishing in 36 different
lakes in the area. Children under the age of fifteen do not need a
fishing license.


Småland is a beautiful county full of pine forests and delightful little towns. Visit Boda Borg in Sävsjö ( 28 kilometres away), a place of adventure, games, and quests – great fun for the entire family! Sävsjö also offers an exciting water park.
The elk park Vrigstad Älgpark is another great destination for a day
trip, it is only 15 kilometres away. Those who are interested in
interior design will enjoy Möbelriket in Lammhult, 14 kilometres away
from the house. The nature centre Little Rock Lake (55 kilometres)
offers Ziplining, an observation tower and an excellent restaurant.


The charming town of Vimmerby is 124 kilometres away. This area is the
setting of many of Astrid Lindgrens beloved childrens books such as
Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgrens
World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a day trip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days?
