The Agriturismo Eustachio is located in the Chianti Rufina district, a famous wine producing area just 23 km NE of central Florence.
Built in a dominant position at 350 m above sea level, our farm is surrounded by the green of the olive groves and vineyards, with breathtaking views over the entire Chianti Rufina valley provding a real sense of peace.
We produce wine and extra-virgin olive oil, raise Cinta Senese pigs and grow fruit and vegetables too. All produce is strictly ORGANIC.
Situated just 2.5 km from the town of Rufina where you will find shops, supermarkets, banks, churches, a post office, restaurants and a train station. It is only a short journey from town to the heart of Florence whether by car or train.
The local “Chianti Rufina" and "Pomino" Wine Route makes it easy for guest to taste our local wines whilst the similarly named museum explains why this district has such a strong and widespread tradition of wine producing.

At guests' disposal:
The farm is completely fenced and offers private parking. There are pets like a small donkey, a Vietnamese pig and a Shetland pony who like to play with the kids.
Further there is a big swimmingpool (13,5 x 6 mt) and a big and new HORSE RIDING SCHOOL.
A big barbecue with gazebos, a beautiful and big common patio.

Common room for Tuscan meals and/or breakfast.
In the common room you will also find touristic information and a special corner with our farm products for sale like biological extra vergin Tuscan olive oil, tomatoes from our organic kitchen garden, lettuce, our wine, our fruit and marmelade (all depending on the season of course)
Our Tuscan dinner prepared by us has 5 courses : a mix of starters, handmade pasta and soup, grilled meat (or fried), vegetables and home made cakes - Tuscan country meals, every night different with fresh produce from the farm.
Our breakfast is a buffet breakfast with home made cakes, corn flakes, fresh bread, eggs, ham, cheese, our tomatos, biscuits, cappuccino and more.
Our extra service is take away food, you can order a hand made dish of pasta or also starters like salami and bruschetta. You can order this food in our kitchen and eat in/ outside your apartment (Take away can be or pasta or starters or a big mixed salad from our kitchen garden or pizza (made in the wood oven).

Distances:
bus stop at 500 mts to reach Rufina train station.
At 2,5 km you will find the RUFINA train station so in a very short time you are in Florence centre.
Florence is at only 23 km from the property.

THOSE LOOKING FOR DIFFERENT LANDSCAPES AND SIGHTS TO SEE: The ascetic Casentino district with its many monasteries and rectories, and Giotto’s birthplace, Mugello are only 20 km away.
NATURE LOVERS will be delighted to know that there are various S.O.F.T. trekking trails within a 3km radius of the farm, along with 2 fishing lakes and 2 stables offering riding lessons and horse trekking.
For SHOPAHOLICS – there is centre just 18 km away with a variety of outlets including, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Della Valle, Prada.
